Dans la version 40 W, le diam&egrave;tre de sa surface &eacute;mettrice (LES) a &eacute;t&eacute; r&eacute;duit &agrave; 11 mm au lieu des 17 mm g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement sp&eacute;cifi&eacute;s pour cette puissance. Pour les 10 W et 20 W, les LES sont respectivement r&eacute;duits &agrave; 6 et 8 mm au lieu de 11 et 12,4 mm, soit environ 35% inf&eacute;rieure &agrave; la LES de la plupart des LED COB existantes. En outre, ces diodes offrent une intensit&eacute; lumineuse exceptionnellement &eacute;lev&eacute;e pour fournir une solution optimale &agrave; faisceau &eacute;troit pour les spots. <br \/>\nCes LED sont construites avec une technologie flip chip de pointe qui leur permet d&rsquo;offrir une grande fiabilit&eacute; avec une faible att&eacute;nuation m&ecirc;me sous un fort courant et dans des conditions thermiques &eacute;lev&eacute;es. Elles fournissent un haut rendu des couleurs d&rsquo;une valeur de CRI de plus 95. Elles viennent donc s&rsquo;ajouter de mani&egrave;re significative &agrave; la gamme existante LC-B qui fournit des CRI de 70, 80 et 90. <br \/>\nR&eacute;v&eacute;lant fid&egrave;lement les vraies couleurs de divers objets, ces LED COB sont principalement utilis&eacute;es pour l&rsquo;&eacute;clairage commercial qui doit pr&eacute;senter la couleur des marchandises dans leur &eacute;tat le plus naturel. Elles sont sp&eacute;cifi&eacute;es pour une temp&eacute;rature de couleur proximale (CCT) entre 2700K et 3500K. Cette fonctionnalit&eacute; est obtenue gr&acirc;ce &agrave; l&rsquo;accord entre le spectre de couleur et le contr&ocirc;le de phosphore.
