R&eacute;gul&eacute; au millivolt pr&egrave;s, entre la tension de ligne et celle de la charge, il permet une mise en parall&egrave;le facile de plusieurs circuits pour une meilleure r&eacute;partition thermique et une intensit&eacute; du courant de sortie plus &eacute;lev&eacute;e. En outre, il offre une r&eacute;gulation des tensions de ligne et de charge remarquable de moins de 2 mV pour n&rsquo;importe quelle tension de sortie, et pr&eacute;sente une large gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e allant de 1,2 V &agrave; 36 V, ce qui convient aux applications requ&eacute;rant plusieurs rails de tensions.<br \/>\nLa tension de sortie est programmable de 0 V &agrave; 34,5 V via une seule r&eacute;sistance, avec une chute de tension de 1,2 V. La r&eacute;f&eacute;rence d&rsquo;intensit&eacute; int&eacute;gr&eacute;e, r&eacute;gl&eacute;e &agrave; 50 &micro;A, pr&eacute;sente une pr&eacute;cision de &plusmn;1%. La r&eacute;gulation, la r&eacute;ponse aux transitoires et le bruit en sortie de 27&micro;Veff. sont ind&eacute;pendants de la tension de sortie en raison de l&rsquo;architecture &agrave; gain unit&eacute;.<br \/>\nCe composant peut &ecirc;tre facilement configur&eacute; en r&eacute;gulateur &agrave; trois broches, ses bo&icirc;tiers SOT-223 et DD-Pak r&eacute;pondant aux brochages standard de l&rsquo;industrie comme celui de son pr&eacute;d&eacute;cesseur, le LT1117, mais avec des performances sup&eacute;rieures. Les condensateurs d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e ou de sortie relatifs &agrave; la stabilit&eacute; sont optionnels dans le fonctionnement en mode r&eacute;gulateur lin&eacute;aire ou en mode source de courant. Les circuits internes comprennent les protections contre les tensions inverses en entr&eacute;e et contre les courants inverses, la limitation interne du courant et l&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t thermique.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Ce circuit est pr&eacute;sent&eacute; en plusieurs bo&icirc;tiers compatibles avec le montage en surface et &agrave; performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es, incluant un bo&icirc;tier DFN &agrave; 8 broches, de 3 x 3 mm au faible profil de 0,75 mm, un bo&icirc;tier SOT-223 &agrave; trois broches et un bo&icirc;tier DD-Pak &agrave; trois broches, permettant une dissipation de 2 W sans radiateur dans les applications &agrave; montage en surface. Il existe en classes E et I de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +125 &deg;C, en classe H &agrave; fiabilit&eacute; &eacute;lev&eacute;e, de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +150 &deg;C, et en classe militaire MP, de -55 &deg;C &agrave; +150 &deg;C. <\/p>\n<p>Selon Robert Dobkin, Vice pr&eacute;sident, directeur technique de Linear Technology et CTO, &quot;l&rsquo;architecture robuste du r&eacute;gulateur LT3088, ses caract&eacute;ristiques de protection offrent aux concepteurs de nouveaux outils pour des conceptions fiables. Un bo&icirc;tier DD-Pak pour une forte dissipation, et plusieurs bo&icirc;tiers &agrave; montage en surface pour les applications de plus faible puissance, sont disponibles. La configuration du composant en r&eacute;gulateur &agrave; trois broches est facile, avec des performances bien sup&eacute;rieures &agrave; celles des composants
