Dot&eacute; de cette technologie, ce microcontr&ocirc;leur 16 bits embarque des p&eacute;riph&eacute;riques num&eacute;riques et analogiques intelligents qui r&eacute;duisent le co&ucirc;t, la consommation &eacute;lectrique et les dimensions du syst&egrave;me. Parmi ces p&eacute;riph&eacute;riques figurent un contr&ocirc;leur LCD basse consommation, un convertisseur analogique-num&eacute;rique (CAN) diff&eacute;rentiel 12 bits avec comparateur de fen&ecirc;tres interne et un acc&eacute;l&eacute;rateur AES sur 256 bits.<br \/>\nIl int&egrave;gre &eacute;galement 64 ko de m&eacute;moire FRAM non-volatile qui rend plus flexible l&rsquo;utilisation de la m&eacute;moire entre les donn&eacute;es et le code de l&rsquo;application, une solution tr&egrave;s souple pour les mises &agrave; jour sur site. Cette m&eacute;moire FRAM se caract&eacute;rise par des vitesses d&rsquo;&eacute;criture imbattables, combin&eacute;es &agrave; une endurance en cycle d&rsquo;&eacute;criture 10 milliards de fois sup&eacute;rieure aux m&eacute;moires non-volatiles traditionnelles. De plus, elle contribue &agrave; simplifier le d&eacute;veloppement de code en &eacute;vitant de pr&eacute;-effacer les segments tout en restant accessible au niveau bits, ce qui autorise un enregistrement continu des donn&eacute;es &agrave; la vol&eacute;e sans augmenter la consommation.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Le circuit de commande LCD 116 segments int&eacute;gr&eacute; comprend des broches programmables pour une configuration mat&eacute;rielle simple et rapide. Une pompe de charge maintient le niveau de contraste des LCD, m&ecirc;me lorsque le MCU est en mode basse consommation.<br \/>\nD&rsquo;un niveau d&rsquo;int&eacute;gration accru, ce microcontr&ocirc;leur offre aussi 52 entr&eacute;es\/sorties polyvalentes (GPIO) capacitives tactiles, cinq horloges, un comparateur, un compteur d&rsquo;horloge temps r&eacute;el (RTC) et des interfaces de communication SPI, UART et I2C, ce qui conduit &agrave; r&eacute;duire le co&ucirc;t du syst&egrave;me et la taille du produit.<br \/>\nLes avantages inh&eacute;rents &agrave; la m&eacute;moire FRAM non-volatile, au circuit de commande LCD et aux fonctions de s&eacute;curit&eacute; int&eacute;gr&eacute;es font que ce microcontr&ocirc;leur 16 bits est particuli&egrave;rement bien adapt&eacute; pour le co-traitement des relev&eacute;s de compteurs intelligents (eau et &eacute;lectricit&eacute;), la domotique, l&rsquo;automatisation industrielle et autres glucom&egrave;tres. Avec une consommation de courant de veille de l&rsquo;horloge temps r&eacute;el (RTC) de 700 nA et un score de 117,5 au banc d&rsquo;essais propri&eacute;taire ULPBench, c&rsquo;est aussi l&rsquo;un
