Avec ce bo&icirc;tier TO-247 4L, une broche signal source additionnelle joue le r&ocirc;le de &quot;source Kelvin&quot;. Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; elle, la d&eacute;riv&eacute;e de courant di\/dt et le rendement sont augment&eacute;s. Par rapport au bo&icirc;tier 3 broches, cette version 4 broches r&eacute;duit la perte de commutation E (on) d&rsquo;environ 15%.<br \/>\nLes puces DTMOSIV-H sont produites gr&acirc;ce &agrave; la technologie &quot;Deep Trench&quot; propri&eacute;taire qui assure une r&eacute;sistance &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tat passant RDS(on) plus faible aux temp&eacute;ratures &eacute;lev&eacute;es que celle des MOSFET super-jonction conventionnels. Cette technologie offre &eacute;galement des pertes de commutation &agrave; la coupure (E OSS) plus faibles que les technologies de g&eacute;n&eacute;ration pr&eacute;c&eacute;dente. La combinaison d&rsquo;une moindre augmentation de RDS(on) aux temp&eacute;ratures &eacute;lev&eacute;es et de pertes E OSS r&eacute;duites se traduit par un rendement plus &eacute;lev&eacute; des alimentations, et un encombrement global r&eacute;duit.<br \/>\nCe bo&icirc;tier TO-247 &agrave; 4 broches sera initialement utilis&eacute; sur quatre membres de la gamme DTMOSIV-H. Il s&rsquo;agit des TK25Z60X, TK31Z60X, TK39Z60X et TK62Z60X qui offrent une tension V DSS de 600 V, avec des valeurs RDS(on) de 125 mOhm jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; seulement 40 mOhm.<\/p>\n<p><a
