Les niveaux de bruit en tension et en courant dans la bande passante sont respectivement de 4 nV\/Hz1\/2 et 7 fA\/Hz1\/2. Avec une capacit&eacute; d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e de 0,45 pF et une vitesse de balayage de 1000 V\/&micro;s, ces amplificateurs conviennent aux circuits &agrave; photodiode et &agrave; photomultiplicateurs (PMT), aux applications &agrave; capteur de haute imp&eacute;dance et au contr&ocirc;le des convertisseurs analogiques-num&eacute;riques (CAN).<br \/>\nLa fiche technique du mod&egrave;le simple entr&eacute;e pr&eacute;sente le circuit et les recommandations d&rsquo;implantation pour optimiser le fonctionnement du TIA avec, par exemple, des circuits pr&eacute;sentant un produit gain-transimp&eacute;dance de 20 kOhms pour une bande passante de 210 MHz, jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; celui de 402 kOhms pour 34 MHz. Ce circuit est propos&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier SOT-23 &agrave; six broches, ainsi qu&rsquo;en SOIC &agrave; huit broches, avec des broches permettant de cr&eacute;er un anneau de garde contre les fuites de courant. La version double est encapsul&eacute;e en bo&icirc;tiers MSOP-8 avec semelle m&eacute;tallique et DFN-10 de 3 x 3 mm.
