Le r&eacute;glage du facteur de qualit&eacute; n&rsquo;entra&icirc;ne aucune contrainte thermique sur l&rsquo;inductance et la compatibilit&eacute; &eacute;lectromagn&eacute;tique s&rsquo;obtient facilement. Les inductances de fuite primaire et secondaire peuvent &ecirc;tre r&eacute;gl&eacute;es de mani&egrave;re cibl&eacute;e en agissant sur le couplage magn&eacute;tique, ce que diff&eacute;rentes g&eacute;om&eacute;tries de carcasses moul&eacute;es associ&eacute;es &agrave; diff&eacute;rents types de bobinages comme les bobinages bifilaires ou les bobinages superpos&eacute;s permettent de r&eacute;aliser.<br \/>\nCes dispositifs sont con&ccedil;us pour des courants pouvant atteindre 2 000 A et des fr&eacute;quences jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 500 kHz, voire 2 MHz dans certaines applications. Les mat&eacute;riaux composites propri&eacute;taires &agrave; base de poudres autorisent de faibles pertes par courants de Foucault et par hyst&eacute;r&eacute;sis. L&rsquo;isotropie tridimensionnelle des mati&egrave;res conduit &agrave; l&rsquo;obtention de structures compactes et l&eacute;g&egrave;res, les parties en fer &eacute;tant minimis&eacute;es. L&rsquo;intensit&eacute; du champ magn&eacute;tique s&rsquo;en trouve diminu&eacute;e et la quantit&eacute; des mati&egrave;res du bobinage peut &ecirc;tre sensiblement r&eacute;duite. Ces mat&eacute;riaux sp&eacute;ciaux exempts de magn&eacute;tostriction permettent l&rsquo;obtention de composants tr&egrave;s silencieux. D&eacute;velopp&eacute;s et r&eacute;alis&eacute;s en fonction des exigences de l&rsquo;utilisateur, ils offrent une induction de saturation &eacute;lev&eacute;e pouvant aller jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 2 teslas. Par ailleurs, les vibrations de l&rsquo;inductance peuvent &ecirc;tre ajust&eacute;es de fa&ccedil;on cibl&eacute;e gr&acirc;ce aux mat&eacute;riaux ou &agrave; des dispositifs &agrave; plusieurs enroulements coupl&eacute;s magn&eacute;tiquement.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Selon l&rsquo;application, les composants coupl&eacute;s magn&eacute;tiquement sont con&ccedil;us comme des transformateurs de signaux, des transformateurs &agrave; fr&eacute;quences moyennes, des inductances &agrave; flux compens&eacute; ou des inductances de commande. Ces derni&egrave;res sont r&eacute;alis&eacute;es en utilisant un enroulement suppl&eacute;mentaire comme pour un transformateur. Elles sont utilis&eacute;es, par exemple, pour les signaux de commande, le contr&ocirc;le de la saturation des inductances, la mesure du courant, le r&eacute;glage du facteur de qualit&eacute; pour la r&eacute;duction de l&rsquo;&eacute;chauffement des inductances avec une possibilit&eacute; de r&eacute;cup&eacute;ration de l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie ou pour ajuster l&rsquo;induction magn&eacute;tique par pr&eacute;magn&eacute;tisation des mat&eacute;riaux.<br \/>\nCes produits touchent les applications industrielles dans les secteurs de l&rsquo;&eacute;lectronique de puissance, de l&rsquo;automatisation et du traitement des signaux, dans les techniques d&rsquo;entra&icirc;nement parmi lesquelles on compte les applications ferroviaires, l&rsquo;&eacute;lectromobilit&eacute; et les applications navales, mais aussi les applications m&eacute;dicales, les &eacute;nergies renouvelables, la production d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie ainsi que l&rsquo;a&eacute;rospatiale.<br \/>\nCes unit&eacute;s sont r&eacute;alisables dans des dimensions allant de 19 &agrave; 300 mm, des poids s&rsquo;&eacute;tendant de 0,05 kg &agrave; 130 kg et jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; la classe thermique H de 180 &deg;C. Les classes de protection propos&eacute;es vont jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; IP66 selon les applications.
