Les dimensions et l&rsquo;&eacute;paisseur de ce circuit sont environ deux fois plus petits ceux du march&eacute;, ce qui en fait actuellement le plus petit capteur ALS du monde.<br \/>\nLa technologie de packaging TSV utilis&eacute;e dans la fabrication de wafers pour cette gamme d&rsquo;ALS augmente les performances en supprimant les &quot;wire-bonds&quot; et en connectant les entr&eacute;es\/sorties du composant directement &agrave; une bille de soudure. De plus, cette technologie accroit la fiabilit&eacute; du composant en offrant une faible sensibilit&eacute; &agrave; l&rsquo;humidit&eacute; (MSL niveau 1), am&eacute;liore l&rsquo;endurance aux cycles de temp&eacute;rature et d&rsquo;humidit&eacute;, tout en minimisant la r&eacute;sistivit&eacute; li&eacute;e &agrave; la corrosion.<br \/>\nLa r&eacute;ponse quasi photopique du capteur d&eacute;livre une mesure en lux particuli&egrave;rement pr&eacute;cise m&ecirc;me plac&eacute; derri&egrave;re un verre fonc&eacute;. Ses performances sup&eacute;rieures d&eacute;coulent de l&rsquo;utilisation conjointe d&rsquo;une technologie de fabrication &eacute;volu&eacute;e et de la capacit&eacute; &agrave; d&eacute;poser avec pr&eacute;cision les filtres interf&eacute;rentiels directement sur le silicium.
