Chaque circuit est compos&eacute; d&rsquo;un capteur &agrave; effet Hall de pr&eacute;cision et &agrave; faible offset avec un conducteur en cuivre situ&eacute; pr&eacute;s de la surface du silicium. Le courant traversant ce conducteur g&eacute;n&egrave;re un champ magn&eacute;tique qui est mesur&eacute; par le circuit Hall et converti en une tension proportionnelle au courant. La pr&eacute;cision est optimis&eacute;e par la proximit&eacute; du champ magn&eacute;tique au transducteur Hall.<br \/>\nLa tension de sortie est fournie par un circuit Hall BiCMOS &agrave; faible offset et stabilis&eacute; avec une compensation en temp&eacute;rature digitale brevet&eacute;e propri&eacute;taire offrant une tr&egrave;s grande pr&eacute;cision sur l&rsquo;ensemble de la gamme de temp&eacute;rature. Cette tension augmente quand le courant circulant dans le circuit primaire en cuivre du capteur s&rsquo;accro&icirc;t. La r&eacute;sistance interne du conducteur primaire est de 0.85 milliohms typique, entrainant une faible perte de puissance. Les broches du circuit primaire sont isol&eacute;es &eacute;lectriquement du capteur Hall, ce qui rend possible l&rsquo;utilisation de ces composants dans des configurations &quot;high side&quot; sans aucun recours &agrave; des amplificateurs diff&eacute;rentiels ou autres techniques d&rsquo;isolation co&ucirc;teuses.<br \/>\nLes applications cibles touchent, par exemple, le contr&ocirc;le moteur, les inverteurs solaires, la domotique ainsi que toutes les applications demandant une isolation renforc&eacute;e. Par contre, ces circuits ne sont pas qualifi&eacute;s pour les applications automobiles.<br \/>\nCes deux capteurs en bo&icirc;tier CMS bas profil SOIC16 sont enti&egrave;rement calibr&eacute;s en usine avant livraison. Leurs broches re&ccedil;oivent un &eacute;tamage 100% &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tain mat compatible avec les processus standard de soudure sans plomb.
