Ces nouvelles gammes de fr&eacute;quence viennent compl&eacute;ter la fonction de mesure &agrave; 3 GHz dont est d&eacute;j&agrave; dot&eacute; le pont RLC E4982A. Ainsi, ce pont RLC offre une vitesse de mesure &eacute;lev&eacute;e, une pr&eacute;cision de base de 0,8 %, avec une excellente r&eacute;p&eacute;tabilit&eacute; des mesures, pour une large gamme de mesures d&rsquo;imp&eacute;dance dans toutes les options de fr&eacute;quence.
