Il peut contr&ocirc;ler jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; seize DEL blanches de 350 mA &agrave; partir d&rsquo;une tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e nominale de 12 V, fournissant un exc&eacute;dant de puissance de 15 W. Sa d&eacute;tection de courant c&ocirc;t&eacute; haut autorise une utilisation dans des architectures en mode &eacute;l&eacute;vateur, mode abaisseur, mode abaisseur-&eacute;l&eacute;vateur ou SEPIC. La modulation de fr&eacute;quence interne par &eacute;talement de spectre minimise les interf&eacute;rences &eacute;lectromagn&eacute;tiques (IEM).<br \/>\nAvec une architecture en mode &eacute;l&eacute;vateur, ce contr&ocirc;leur r&eacute;alise des rendements sup&eacute;rieurs &agrave; 94%, supprimant la n&eacute;cessit&eacute; d&rsquo;un radiateur ext&eacute;rieur. En outre, une protection interne contre une DEL en court-circuit s&rsquo;ajoute &agrave; la fiabilit&eacute; requise dans la plupart des applications. L&rsquo;utilisateur dispose d&rsquo;une broche de r&eacute;glage pour programmer la fr&eacute;quence entre 200 kHz et 3 MHz, optimisant le rendement tout en r&eacute;duisant la taille et le co&ucirc;t des composants externes.<br \/>\nLe composant poss&egrave;de un commutateur PMOS &agrave; contr&ocirc;le de grille pour la d&eacute;connexion de la DEL, r&eacute;alisant des rapports de variation de luminosit&eacute; jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 1 &agrave; 4000 en utilisant un signal PWM externe. Pour de moindres demandes en rapport de variation de luminosit&eacute;, la broche CTRL peut &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute;e pour un rapport de 1 &agrave; 10 ou un g&eacute;n&eacute;rateur PWM interne pour un rapport de 1 &agrave; 5.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>L&rsquo;architecture &agrave; fr&eacute;quence fixe &agrave; mode courant assure un fonctionnement stable du contr&ocirc;leur sur une large gamme de tensions d&rsquo;alimentation et de tensions de sortie. Une protection en sortie contre les courts-circuits et les DEL ouvertes augmente la fiabilit&eacute; du syst&egrave;me. Les autres caract&eacute;ristiques comprennent la synchronisation de la fr&eacute;quence, la modulation de fr&eacute;quence par &eacute;talement de spectre, une protection programmable contre les sous-tensions et surtensions sur VIN, une limitation et une gestion du courant d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e.<br \/>\nTr&egrave;s compacte, cette solution de contr&ocirc;le de DEL de forte puissance r&eacute;alise un rendement de plus de 90%, &agrave; une fr&eacute;quence de commutation de 2 MHz dans une application de petite empreinte.
