Dans les applications &agrave; LED puls&eacute;es, il peut g&eacute;n&eacute;rer un courant de LED de 40 A, ou 160 W, &agrave; partir de 12 V en entr&eacute;e. Les rendements pouvant atteindre 95% conduisent &agrave; supprimer le radiateur externe.<br \/>\nLe contr&ocirc;leur &agrave; mode cr&ecirc;te d&rsquo;intensit&eacute; du circuit maintient la r&eacute;gulation du courant de LED &agrave; &plusmn;3% sur une gamme de tensions &eacute;tendue de VEE , tension de r&eacute;f&eacute;rence de masse, &agrave; celle d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e VIN. En autorisant VEE &agrave; flotter vers les tensions n&eacute;gatives, on peut contr&ocirc;ler plusieurs LED &agrave; partir d&rsquo;un &eacute;l&eacute;ment de batterie Li-ion, avec un seul &eacute;tage de sortie en mode abaisseur. En plus, ceci autorise une architecture unique en modes abaisseur et inverseur qui permet l&rsquo;emploi d&rsquo;un seul radiateur sur une anode commune pour les LED RVB. Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; une broche d&eacute;di&eacute;e, l&rsquo;utilisateur peut programmer la fr&eacute;quence entre 100 kHz et 1 MHz afin d&rsquo;optimiser le rendement tout en diminuant la taille des composants ext&eacute;rieurs.<br \/>\nAvec son bo&icirc;tier QFN de 5 x 6 mm, ce composant pr&eacute;sente une solution tr&egrave;s compacte de contr&ocirc;leur de LED de 80 W. Il poss&egrave;de deux contr&ocirc;les de luminosit&eacute;, PWM et CTRL, avec un rapport de luminosit&eacute; de 3000 &agrave; 1 pour quatre niveaux d&rsquo;intensit&eacute; de LED, ce qui le rend appropri&eacute; aux applications de mixage de couleurs comme celles requises dans les projecteurs DLP.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>De m&ecirc;me, son architecture unique assure la transition entre deux intensit&eacute;s de LED r&eacute;gul&eacute;es en moins de 2&micro;s, ce qui autorise un mixage plus pr&eacute;cis des couleurs dans les applications RVB.
