Le convertisseur analogique\/num&eacute;rique 14 bits ne consomme que 375&micro;A &agrave; 1 M&eacute;ch\/sec. Le microcontr&ocirc;leur int&egrave;gre aussi une r&eacute;tention de RAM de conception unique, pouvant &ecirc;tre s&eacute;lectionn&eacute;e &agrave; la demande, qui permet de disposer d&rsquo;une alimentation d&eacute;di&eacute;e pour chacun des huit bancs de m&eacute;moire que requiert une op&eacute;ration. La consommation &eacute;lectrique globale du syst&egrave;me peut ainsi &ecirc;tre r&eacute;duite de 30 nA par banc. En outre, ce MCU peut op&eacute;rer &agrave; vitesse maximale &agrave; des tensions aussi faibles que 1.62 V ou notablement &eacute;lev&eacute;es de 3.7 V, afin de r&eacute;duire la consommation globale du syst&egrave;me.<br \/>\nLe moteur de DSP int&eacute;gr&eacute; et l&rsquo;unit&eacute; de calcul en virgule flottante (FPU) du c&oelig;ur ARM Cortex-M4F assurent une multitude d&rsquo;applications &agrave; haute performance, comme le conditionnement de signal et le traitement des donn&eacute;es d&eacute;tect&eacute;es, tout en conservant une marge ad&eacute;quate pour assurer la diff&eacute;renciation des produits. Le MCU inclut jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 256 ko de m&eacute;moire RAM et &eacute;taye ses performances avec un double banc de m&eacute;moires flash qui autorise des fonctionnalit&eacute;s lecture-&eacute;criture simultan&eacute;es.<br \/>\nLes d&eacute;veloppeurs disposent aussi d&rsquo;un acc&eacute;l&eacute;rateur de chiffrement mat&eacute;riel avanc&eacute;, conforme au standard AES 256, pour s&eacute;curiser leurs circuits et donn&eacute;es, et de fonctionnalit&eacute;s de protection IP pour la s&eacute;curit&eacute; des donn&eacute;es et des codes. Ces fonctionnalit&eacute;s se traduisent par un d&eacute;bit sup&eacute;rieur, une meilleure int&eacute;gration des algorithmes avanc&eacute;s, des piles filaires ou sans fil pour l&rsquo;Internet des objets (IoT) et des images &agrave; plus haute r&eacute;solution, tout en op&eacute;rant dans le cadre d&rsquo;une enveloppe de puissance existante.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>La compatibilit&eacute; des codes, registres et p&eacute;riph&eacute;riques basse puissance entre les gammes 16 et 32 bits donne la possibilit&eacute; aux d&eacute;veloppeurs de capitaliser sur les codes de ports existants entre les circuits.<br \/>\nLa technologie EnergyTrace+ et le logiciel ULP Advisor surveillent la consommation &eacute;lectrique en temps r&eacute;el avec une pr&eacute;cision de &plusmn;2 %. La suite logicielle int&eacute;gr&eacute;e MSPWare, optimis&eacute;e en puissance, comprend les biblioth&egrave;ques, les exemples de codes, la documentation et les outils mat&eacute;riels pour MSP 16 et 32 bits. On peut y acc&eacute;der en ligne avec les environnements de d&eacute;veloppement int&eacute;gr&eacute; (IDE) Resource Explorer ou Code Composer Studio (CCS).<br \/>\nLe logiciel open source Energia supporte le prototypage rapide sur le kit de d&eacute;veloppement LaunchPad du microcontr&ocirc;leur.
