Cette technologie compense l&rsquo;erreur d&rsquo;angle dynamique induite par le temps de propagation interne pendant l&rsquo;op&eacute;ration de conversion des valeurs brutes d&rsquo;intensit&eacute; du champ magn&eacute;tique en valeurs num&eacute;riques. Les concepteurs n&rsquo;ont donc plus besoin d&rsquo;impl&eacute;menter une correction d&rsquo;erreur en utilisant des composants discrets, un DSP ou un microcontr&ocirc;leur externe. Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; cette technologie, le capteur atteint une tr&egrave;s grande pr&eacute;cision de mesure angulaire allant jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 0,34&deg; pour une vitesse constante de rotation de 28000 rpm (hors non lin&eacute;arit&eacute; int&eacute;grale).<br \/>\nLa combinaison de performance de vitesse et de sorties incr&eacute;mentales ABI constitue une solution particuli&egrave;rement robuste pour remplacer les codeurs optiques. De plus, le co&ucirc;t total d&rsquo;un produit bas&eacute; sur ce produit est normalement beaucoup moins &eacute;lev&eacute; que celui d&rsquo;un syst&egrave;me &eacute;quivalent bas&eacute; sur des codeurs optiques ou r&eacute;solveurs.<br \/>\nLa vitesse de mesure angulaire maximale de ce capteur a &eacute;t&eacute; augment&eacute; de 14500 rpm &agrave; 28000 rpm pour lui donner la capacit&eacute;, jusque-l&agrave; r&eacute;serv&eacute;e aux codeurs optiques, de supporter de multiples applications &agrave; tr&egrave;s grande vitesse de rotation. De plus le nombre de pas par r&eacute;volution &agrave; &eacute;galement &eacute;t&eacute; augment&eacute;.<br \/>\nLes sorties incr&eacute;mentales ABI sont &eacute;quivalentes aux sorties d&rsquo;un codeur optique standard. Ainsi, il est possible de remplacer le codeur optique d&rsquo;un syst&egrave;me de contr&ocirc;le moteur sans qu&rsquo;il y ait besoin de changer de logiciel de contr&ocirc;le ni d&rsquo;interface.<br \/>\nLa r&eacute;solution maximum de la sortie ABI atteint 4000 pas\/ 1000 impulsions par r&eacute;volution en mode d&eacute;cimal ou 4096 pas\/ 1024 impulsions par r&eacute;volution en mode binaire, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;une large gamme de codeurs optiques peut d&eacute;sormais &ecirc;tre remplac&eacute;e par un capteur de position magn&eacute;tique &eacute;quivalent.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>De plus, le bus SPI du capteur permet &agrave; un microcontr&ocirc;leur h&ocirc;te de lire la position absolue sur 14 bits et de programmer des r&eacute;glages non volatiles sans utiliser de programmeur d&eacute;di&eacute;. Ce composant dispose aussi d&rsquo;une interface de commutation standard UVW destin&eacute;e aux moteurs BLDC, &eacute;vitant l&rsquo;usage de capteurs Hall discrets pour offrir une solution mono-circuit adapt&eacute;e &agrave; la fois aux applications de contr&ocirc;le moteur et de position.
