Ainsi, le suivi et s&eacute;quencement de sortie d&rsquo;alimentation pour FPGA et microprocesseurs (MPU) assure un d&eacute;marrage et un arr&ecirc;t corrects dans les syst&egrave;mes sensibles &agrave; rails multiples. De plus, le suivi de ces rails de sortie est configurable en mode simultan&eacute;, ratiom&eacute;trique ou s&eacute;quentiel, pour emp&ecirc;cher que les diodes ESD internes du FPGA ou du MPU ne soient polaris&eacute;es ou surcharg&eacute;es durant les mont&eacute;es ou descentes des signaux. Le verrouillage de sous-tension et d&rsquo;autres fonctions de protection et de stabilisation en cas de surtension, surintensit&eacute;, sous-intensit&eacute;, courant n&eacute;gatif, surchauffe et court-circuit, emp&ecirc;chent le syst&egrave;me d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre endommag&eacute; par un d&eacute;faut &eacute;lectrique. La protection unique contre les courants n&eacute;gatifs &eacute;limine les d&eacute;faillances de commutation.<br \/>\nAvec son excellente r&eacute;ponse transitoire et son haut niveau d&rsquo;int&eacute;gration, ce circuit, en bo&icirc;tier TDFN-8 de 2 x 2 mm, rend possible une solution compl&egrave;te de convertisseur DC-DC abaisseur synchrone d&rsquo;empreinte de moins de 0,1 pouce carr&eacute; (6,45 mm2).
