Le convertisseur &eacute;l&eacute;vateur alimente les deux convertisseurs abaisseurs, &eacute;vitant la chute de tension en sortie quand la tension de la batterie chute, une caract&eacute;ristique utile dans les syst&egrave;mes de d&eacute;marrage ou d&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t de l&rsquo;automobile qui coupent le moteur pour &eacute;conomiser du carburant. En outre, la tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e maximale de 60 V convient aux applications des poids lourds &agrave; deux batteries. D&rsquo;autre part, les contr&ocirc;leurs abaisseurs peuvent &ecirc;tre aliment&eacute;s &agrave; partir de l&rsquo;entr&eacute;e pour obtenir un contr&ocirc;leur &agrave; sortie triple d&rsquo;usage g&eacute;n&eacute;ral.<br \/>\nCe circuit fonctionne sur une tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e comprise entre 4,5 V et 60 V au d&eacute;marrage, et continue &agrave; fonctionner lorsque la tension tombe jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 2,2 V apr&egrave;s le d&eacute;marrage. Les convertisseurs &eacute;l&eacute;vateur et abaisseur peuvent g&eacute;n&eacute;rer des tensions de sortie jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 60 V avec des rendements pouvant atteindre 95%. Dans les applications o&ugrave; la tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e peut d&eacute;passer la tension de sortie r&eacute;gul&eacute;e, il maintient en permanence le MOSFET &eacute;l&eacute;vateur synchrone &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tat passant, de telle sorte que la tension de sortie suive la tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e avec un minimum de pertes de puissance. De plus, ce composant peut &ecirc;tre configur&eacute; pour fonctionner en Burst Mode, ce qui r&eacute;duit le courant de repos &agrave; 29 &micro;A pour un canal, ou 39 &micro;A pour les trois canaux en fonctionnement, avec la r&eacute;gulation des tensions de sortie en mode veille, une caract&eacute;ristique utile pour accro&icirc;tre l&rsquo;autonomie sur batterie. Les puissants drivers de grille des MOSFET canal N, de 1,1 ohm, r&eacute;duisent les pertes de commutation dans ces MOSFET et peuvent fournir un courant de sortie de plus de 10 A par canal, limit&eacute; seulement par les composants externes. De plus, le courant de sortie de chacun des convertisseurs est mesur&eacute; par un minimum de tension dans l&rsquo;inductance (DCR) ou aux bornes d&rsquo;une r&eacute;sistance de d&eacute;tection de courant.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>L&rsquo;architecture &agrave; mode courant et fr&eacute;quence constante de ce dispositif permet de s&eacute;lectionner la fr&eacute;quence de 50 kHz &agrave; 900 kHz, ou il peut &ecirc;tre synchronis&eacute; &agrave; partir d&rsquo;une horloge externe de 75 kHz &agrave; 850 kHz. Les caract&eacute;ristiques suppl&eacute;mentaires comprennent un r&eacute;gulateur LDO sur la carte, pour l&rsquo;alimentation du circuit int&eacute;gr&eacute; et le pilotage de la grille, le suivi de la tension de sortie ou un r&eacute;glage du d&eacute;marrage progressif, un signal indicateur de tension &eacute;tablie et, en option, une tension de polarisation VCC en entr&eacute;e externe.<br \/>\nEncapsul&eacute; en bo&icirc;tiers SSOP-38 et QFN de 38 broches, 5 x 7 mm, ce convertisseur est propos&eacute; en quatre classes de temp&eacute;ratures, avec un fonctionnement de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +125 &deg;C pour les classes de temp&eacute;ratures industrielles et sup&eacute;rieures, de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +150 &deg;C pour l&rsquo;automobile et de &#8209;55 &deg;C &agrave; +150 &deg;C
