Le passage d&rsquo;un courant au travers de ce conducteur g&eacute;n&egrave;re un champ magn&eacute;tique capt&eacute; puis converti en une tension proportionnelle par la cellule &agrave; effet Hall.<br \/>\nLa pr&eacute;cision du circuit est optimis&eacute;e gr&acirc;ce &agrave; la proximit&eacute; entre le champ magn&eacute;tique issu par le passage du courant et la cellule. Pour augmenter encore cette pr&eacute;cision, la tension proportionnelle fournie par le capteur de technologie BiCMOS Hall faible offset et &quot;chopper stabilised&quot; est programm&eacute;e apr&egrave;s la mise en bo&icirc;tier de la puce. L&rsquo;imp&eacute;dance du conducteur primaire est de 850 micro-Ohms, offrant ainsi une limitation consid&eacute;rable des pertes par conduction. En outre, il est &eacute;lectriquement isol&eacute; de toute autre partie conductrice du circuit. Ainsi, ces deux dispositifs peuvent &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute;s pour des mesures de courant en High Side sans n&eacute;cessit&eacute; de syst&egrave;mes d&rsquo;isolation couteux et complexes suppl&eacute;mentaires.<br \/>\nLes applications cibl&eacute;es sont la commande moteur, la d&eacute;tection et la gestion de charges &eacute;lectriques, les alimentations &agrave; d&eacute;coupage et les syst&egrave;mes de d&eacute;tection de sur-courants.<br \/>\nPropos&eacute;s dans un petit bo&icirc;tier &agrave; montage de surface SOICW16 (suffixe MA), garanti sans plomb avec une finition &eacute;tain mat, ces circuits sont individuellement calibr&eacute;s en usine avant livraison. En outre, la largeur de ce bo&icirc;tier offre les importantes distances dans l&rsquo;air et lignes de fuite n&eacute;cessaires &agrave; de fortes contraintes d&rsquo;isolation.\n<\/p>\n<p><a
