La PSRR basse fr&eacute;quence d&eacute;passe 90 dB en sortie jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 10 kHz et la PSRR haute fr&eacute;quence d&eacute;passe 75 dB en sortie jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 3 MHz, diminuant le bruit ou la forte ondulation des alimentations d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e. Ce r&eacute;gulateur utilise une architecture LDO propri&eacute;taire, une r&eacute;f&eacute;rence de source de courant de pr&eacute;cision suivie d&rsquo;un &eacute;tage tampon de gain unit&eacute; aux performances &eacute;lev&eacute;es, conduisant &agrave; une bande passante virtuellement constante, un bruit, une PSRR et une r&eacute;gulation de la charge ind&eacute;pendants de la tension de sortie. De plus, cette architecture autorise la mise en parall&egrave;le de plusieurs circuits pour diminuer le niveau de bruit, accro&icirc;tre l&rsquo;intensit&eacute; du courant de sortie et r&eacute;partir la chaleur sur la carte de circuit imprim&eacute; (PCB).<br \/>\nCe circuit g&eacute;n&egrave;re jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 200 mA de courant continu en sortie avec une chute de tension de 350 mV &agrave; pleine charge sur la large gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e de 1,8 V &agrave; 20 V. La gamme de tensions de sortie s&rsquo;&eacute;tend de 0 &agrave; 15 V, avec une tol&eacute;rance tr&egrave;s pr&eacute;cise de &plusmn;2% en fonction de la ligne, la charge et la temp&eacute;rature.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;ensemble des caract&eacute;ristiques de ce composant le rendent appropri&eacute; pour l&rsquo;alimentation des applications sensibles au bruit comme les PLL, les VCO, les m&eacute;langeurs, les LNA, l&rsquo;instrumentation &agrave; tr&egrave;s faible bruit, les convertisseurs de donn&eacute;es de haute pr&eacute;cision et &agrave; vitesse &eacute;lev&eacute;e, ainsi que les applications m&eacute;dicales comme l&rsquo;imagerie et le diagnostic, celles de pr&eacute;cision et en tant que post-r&eacute;gulateur pour les alimentations &agrave; d&eacute;coupage.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Ce composant fonctionne avec un petit condensateur &agrave; di&eacute;lectrique c&eacute;ramique de 4,7 &micro;F, de faible co&ucirc;t, optimisant la stabilit&eacute; et la r&eacute;ponse aux transitoires. Une seule r&eacute;sistance programme la limite de courant externe de pr&eacute;cision &plusmn;10% sur la gamme de temp&eacute;ratures. Un seul condensateur sur la broche SET r&eacute;duit le niveau de bruit en sortie et offre une fonction de d&eacute;marrage progressif, emp&ecirc;chant les surtensions en sortie &agrave; la mise en marche. De plus, ses circuits internes comprennent des protections contre une tension inverse de batterie et contre les courants inverses, un circuit de limitation du courant par repliement de caract&eacute;ristique et une limitation thermique avec hyst&eacute;r&eacute;sis. Ses autres caract&eacute;ristiques incluent la possibilit&eacute; d&rsquo;un d&eacute;marrage rapide, utile en cas d&rsquo;utilisation de condensateurs de valeurs &eacute;lev&eacute;es sur la broche SET, et un indicateur de tension &eacute;tablie avec possibilit&eacute; de programmer le seuil de tension de r&eacute;gulation.<br \/>\nD&rsquo;une empreinte compacte, ce r&eacute;gulateur est encapsul&eacute; en bo&icirc;tiers &agrave; performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es, types DFN 10 broches de 3 x 3 mm et MSOP 10 broches.
