La m&eacute;moire int&eacute;gr&eacute;e comporte 128 Ko de m&eacute;moire Flash, pouvant &ecirc;tre partiellement partitionn&eacute;e pour l&rsquo;utiliser sous forme d&rsquo;EEPROM, et 16 Ko de m&eacute;moire SRAM, le tout dans un bo&icirc;tier d&rsquo;&agrave; peine 9 mm x 9 mm.<br \/>\nIl contient &eacute;galement tous les &eacute;l&eacute;ments n&eacute;cessaires pour mettre en &oelig;uvre un syst&egrave;me d&rsquo;acquisition de donn&eacute;es sans fil, avec ses entr&eacute;es de capteurs analogiques et num&eacute;riques et son &eacute;metteur-r&eacute;cepteur en radiofr&eacute;quences. La section d&rsquo;acquisition de donn&eacute;es comporte un convertisseur analogique-num&eacute;rique 12 bits &agrave; haute r&eacute;solution avec un d&eacute;bit de donn&eacute;es programmable de 167 kSPS (kilo-&eacute;chantillons par seconde). Ce convertisseur poss&egrave;de six canaux pouvant &ecirc;tre configur&eacute;s en mode commun ou diff&eacute;rentiel. En mode commun, il est possible de l&rsquo;utiliser avec des capteurs poss&eacute;dant des sorties ratiom&eacute;triques, par exemple, les transducteurs. Les entr&eacute;es s&eacute;rie incluent des unit&eacute;s UART (&eacute;metteur-r&eacute;cepteur s&eacute;rie universel asynchrone), I2C et SPI pour l&rsquo;interfa&ccedil;age avec les capteurs externes.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;&eacute;metteur-r&eacute;cepteur en radiofr&eacute;quences int&eacute;gr&eacute; sur la puce utilise deux bandes de fr&eacute;quences, 862 MHz &agrave; 928 MHz, et 431 MHz &agrave; 464 MHz, et couvre les bandes ISM internationales sans licence &agrave; 433 MHz, 868 MHz et 915 MHz. Il est compatible avec le protocole ZigBee ainsi que les protocoles sans fil personnalis&eacute;s. Ce niveau &eacute;lev&eacute; d&rsquo;int&eacute;gration permet de r&eacute;duire significativement les co&ucirc;ts des nomenclatures.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Ce syst&egrave;me d&rsquo;acquisition de donn&eacute;es sans fil est con&ccedil;u pour les applications aliment&eacute;es par batterie o&ugrave; la faible consommation d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie est absolument critique. Il est possible de le configurer pour permettre diff&eacute;rents modes d&rsquo;alimentation basse consommation sous le contr&ocirc;le direct du programme. Le mode Flexi permet &agrave; un p&eacute;riph&eacute;rique de r&eacute;activer le dispositif. Dans le mode Veille Prolong&eacute;e, seul le minuteur de r&eacute;veil interne reste actif.
