La distance de l&rsquo;objet &agrave; mesurer au r&eacute;cepteur peut &ecirc;tre d&eacute;finie ce qui permet de placer l&rsquo;objet en toute libert&eacute; dans le rideau lumineux. La plage de mesure s&rsquo;&eacute;l&egrave;ve &agrave; 46 mm. La configuration est simplifi&eacute;e gr&acirc;ce &agrave; l&rsquo;interface web intuitive et &agrave; l&rsquo;affichage du diagramme des valeurs de mesure en temps r&eacute;el dans une repr&eacute;sentation conviviale. Le diagramme permet d&rsquo;activer ou de d&eacute;sactiver diff&eacute;rentes valeurs de mesure de fa&ccedil;on flexible &agrave; savoir les ar&ecirc;tes individuelles, le diam&egrave;tre et l&rsquo;axe central.  Par ailleurs, des  modes de communication et de filtration et des fonctions  statistiques sont aussi disponibles. Les interfaces Ethernet \/ EtherCAT et RS422 sont disponibles. Un diagramme signal vid&eacute;o est utilis&eacute; pour un simple alignement et ajustage de la mesure.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>optoCONTROL2520 est destin&eacute; &agrave;  des champs d&rsquo;application vari&eacute;s dans le contr&ocirc;le de qualit&eacute; et dans la production. Le microm&egrave;tre optique d&eacute;tecte entre autres le diam&egrave;tre, l&rsquo;ar&ecirc;te et la fente de l&rsquo;objet &agrave; mesurer. Il est &eacute;galement possible de mesurer et de transmettre jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; huit segments simultan&eacute;ment. Le plus petit diam&egrave;tre d&eacute;tectable de l&rsquo;objet &agrave; mesurer s&rsquo;&eacute;l&egrave;ve &agrave; 0,5 mm.  Il est donc possible de mesurer avec pr&eacute;cision p. ex. des broches et des trous sur des fiches ou des barrettes &agrave; broches dans la production &eacute;lectronique. D&rsquo;autre part, le microm&egrave;tre de pr&eacute;cision est parfait pour  d&eacute;tecter de grands objets ou  mesurer de grandes distances. Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; la grande distance de mesure jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 2 m, l&rsquo;&eacute;metteur et le r&eacute;cepteur peuvent &ecirc;tre install&eacute;s de fa&ccedil;on flexible dans les lignes de production pr&eacute;sentant un espace r&eacute;duit.
