Son utilisation en association avec une bague magn&eacute;tique convient particuli&egrave;rement aux syst&egrave;mes de mesure de vitesse et de direction. Il se distingue par sa capacit&eacute; &agrave; fournir l&rsquo;information d&rsquo;amplitude du champ en zone d&rsquo;hyst&eacute;r&eacute;sis lors de la mise sous tension. Cette fonctionnalit&eacute; permet de ne pas perdre de pas pendant les phases d&rsquo;extinction puis de mise sous tension, &eacute;vitant ainsi une re-calibration du syst&egrave;me.<br \/>\nCe composant int&egrave;gre deux &eacute;l&eacute;ments Hall de 1,63 mm d&rsquo;entraxe, align&eacute;s avec une pr&eacute;cision de 1 &micro;m gr&acirc;ce &agrave; un proc&eacute;d&eacute; de photolithographie. La pr&eacute;cision de cet entraxe &eacute;limine un obstacle de fabrication majeur lors de l&rsquo;utilisation de bagues aimant&eacute;es haute r&eacute;solution. Les signaux issus des deux &eacute;l&eacute;ments Hall sont trait&eacute;s puis encod&eacute;s en deux sorties logiques TTL, un signal repr&eacute;sentant l&rsquo;information de vitesse, l&rsquo;autre celle de direction.<br \/>\nLe test en usine ainsi que les techniques propri&eacute;taires de &ldquo;chopper&ldquo; et d&rsquo;annulation dynamique d&rsquo;offset offrent au capteur des seuils de commutation magn&eacute;tiques pr&eacute;cis et sym&eacute;triques sous de nombreuses conditions de fonctionnement.<br \/>\nDe multiples circuits int&eacute;gr&eacute;s tels qu&rsquo;un r&eacute;gulateur, des protections contre le court-circuit des sorties, une diode zener, une protection contre les polarisations inverses ainsi qu&rsquo;une gamme de temp&eacute;rature fonctionnelle de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +150 &deg;C offrent &agrave; ce capteur la robustesse n&eacute;cessaire aux applications automobiles.<br \/>\nPropos&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier &agrave; montage de surface TSSOP-8 (suffixe LE), ce capteur magn&eacute;tique cible des applications automobiles int&eacute;grant tout type de moteur &eacute;lectrique. Les applications clefs sont les l&egrave;ves vitres, les toits ouvrants, les portes coulissantes et les hayons.
