Le bo&icirc;tier inclut de solides bornes de puissance surmoul&eacute;es, un gage de robustesse et de stabilit&eacute; m&eacute;caniques pour r&eacute;aliser des convertisseurs compacts et r&eacute;sistants. Une conception interne soign&eacute;e se traduit par une conductibilit&eacute; thermique optimale et une distribution de temp&eacute;rature homog&egrave;ne, r&eacute;duisant ainsi les effets de couplage thermique entre puces et le risque de points chauds. Il en r&eacute;sulte une diminution des temp&eacute;ratures des puces en fonctionnement et une augmentation de la dur&eacute;e de vie des &eacute;quipements.<br \/>\nCe bo&icirc;tier permet de r&eacute;aliser une grande diversit&eacute; de topologies, en configuration 2 ou 3 niveaux. Parmi les plus courantes, la configuration 6-pack IGBT autorise jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 300 A\/ 650 V, 200 A\/ 1200 V et 150 A\/ 1700 V, celles 3-niveaux NPC jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 400 A\/ 650 V ou 3-niveaux de type T-NPC en 650 V\/ 1200 V jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 400 A, 1200 V\/ 1200 V jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 300 A avec connexion commune des collecteurs dans la branche de neutre pour faciliter une &eacute;ventuelle mise en parall&egrave;le de modules. On peut aussi noter une configuration en hacheur &eacute;l&eacute;vateur double jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 400 A\/ 650 V.
