Cela est notamment le cas lorsque des composantes faible tension doivent &ecirc;tre analys&eacute;es en d&eacute;tail sur un signal pr&eacute;sentant &eacute;galement des composantes tension &eacute;lev&eacute;es. La caract&eacute;risation des alimentations &agrave; d&eacute;coupage en est un exemple. Les tensions sur le dispositif de commutation doivent &ecirc;tre d&eacute;termin&eacute;es au cours des cycles &quot; ON &quot; et &laquo; OFF &raquo; pendant la m&ecirc;me acquisition. Les variations de tension pendant ces cycles de commutation pouvant &ecirc;tre de plusieurs centaines de volts, une r&eacute;solution &eacute;lev&eacute;e est indispensable pour la mesure pr&eacute;cise de petites composantes de tension.<br \/>\nLe mode haute d&eacute;finition augmente la r&eacute;solution verticale des oscilloscopes Rohde &amp; Schwarz jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 16 bits &ndash; un gain de 256 par rapport &agrave; une r&eacute;solution de 8 bits. Pour obtenir cette r&eacute;solution &eacute;lev&eacute;e, le signal est filtr&eacute; par un passe-bas num&eacute;rique directement apr&egrave;s le convertisseur A\/N. Ce filtrage r&eacute;duit le bruit et le rapport signal-sur-bruit en est ainsi augment&eacute;. Les utilisateurs peuvent ajuster la bande passante du filtre passe-bas de 10 kHz &agrave; 500 MHz selon les exigences et les caract&eacute;ristiques du signal appliqu&eacute;. Plus la bande passante du filtre est r&eacute;duite, plus la r&eacute;solution est &eacute;lev&eacute;e.<br \/>\nLa r&eacute;solution plus &eacute;lev&eacute;e produit un affichage de formes d&rsquo;ondes plus net et indique des d&eacute;tails de signaux qui seraient sinon masqu&eacute;s par le bruit. Afin de pouvoir analyser en d&eacute;tail ces formes d&rsquo;ondes, la sensibilit&eacute; d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e des oscilloscopes a &eacute;t&eacute; augment&eacute;e &agrave; 500 &micro;V\/div. Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tage d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e tr&egrave;s faible bruit et au convertisseur A\/N mono-c&oelig;ur de haute pr&eacute;cision, les oscilloscopes R&amp;S RTO et R&amp;S RTE pr&eacute;sentent une excellente pr&eacute;cision de mesure et une plage dynamique &eacute;lev&eacute;e. La mise en service du mode haute d&eacute;finition permet aux utilisateurs de b&eacute;n&eacute;ficier de r&eacute;sultats de mesure encore plus pr&eacute;cis.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Le syst&egrave;me de d&eacute;clenchement num&eacute;rique unique de Rohde &amp; Schwarz est suffisamment sensible pour d&eacute;clencher sur le signal de la plus haute r&eacute;solution. Chacun des &eacute;chantillons jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 16 bits est v&eacute;rifi&eacute; par rapport aux conditions de d&eacute;clenchement et peut initier un trigger. Cela signifie que les oscilloscopes de Rohde &amp; Schwarz sont capables d&rsquo;isoler les plus petits &eacute;v&eacute;nements de signal pour une analyse d&eacute;taill&eacute;e.<br \/>\nLa mise en service du mode haute d&eacute;finition ne compromet ni la vitesse ni les fonctions de mesure. En effet, le filtrage num&eacute;rique qui am&eacute;liore la r&eacute;solution et la suppression du bruit est mis en &oelig;uvre en temps r&eacute;el dans l&rsquo;ASIC de l&rsquo;oscilloscope, les taux d&rsquo;acquisition et de traitement restant &eacute;lev&eacute;s. L&rsquo;oscilloscope permet une utilisation ais&eacute;e et les r&eacute;sultats de mesure sont disponibles rapidement.
