Cette alimentation &agrave; d&eacute;coupage compl&egrave;te pour n&oelig;ud de charge inclut l&rsquo;inductance, les MOSFET, le contr&ocirc;leur DC\/DC et les circuits de compensation. Elle est encapsul&eacute;e dans un bo&icirc;tier BGA de profil 4,92 mm et d&rsquo;empreinte de 15 x 15 mm. Pour une conversion de 3,3 V en entr&eacute;e en une tension de sortie de 1,5 V sous 20 A avec un rendement de 88%, les pertes de puissance s&rsquo;&eacute;l&egrave;vent &agrave; 3,9 W et l&rsquo;accroissement de la temp&eacute;rature de la jonction est de 37 &deg;C par rapport &agrave; la temp&eacute;rature ambiante.<br \/>\nCe &micro;Module procure une r&eacute;gulation pr&eacute;cise de la tension de sortie avec une erreur totale maximale, en continu, garantie &agrave; &plusmn;1,5% sur toute la temp&eacute;rature de fonctionnement de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +125 &deg;C. La mise en parall&egrave;le de quatre composants permet de fournir un courant de sortie jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 80 A, et le fonctionnement en opposition de phase, de r&eacute;duire le nombre de condensateurs d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et de sortie.<br \/>\nLa gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e du dispositif couvre de 2,375 V &agrave; 7 V. Cependant, pour un fonctionnement &agrave; partir de 3,3V et moins, une alimentation auxiliaire de 5 V de faible puissance est n&eacute;cessaire pour polariser les circuits internes.
