Les mesures sont r&eacute;alis&eacute;es sous le contr&ocirc;le d&rsquo;un processeur num&eacute;rique poss&eacute;dant tous les algorithmes et circuits de conversion analogique requis par chacun des capteurs. <\/h1>\n<h1>Ce SoC procure une interface multiplex&eacute;e de grande pr&eacute;cision pour n&rsquo;importe quel type de capteur. Il mesure des signaux du niveau du microvolt absolu provenant de thermocouples et de mesures de rapport entre RTD et thermistances, puis convertit les r&eacute;sultats en signaux analogiques. Jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; vingt entr&eacute;es analogiques sont disponibles et les mesures num&eacute;riques peuvent &ecirc;tre exprim&eacute;es en degr&eacute; centigrade ou Fahrenheit en sortie. L&rsquo;interface SPI fonctionne virtuellement avec tout syst&egrave;me num&eacute;rique et un syst&egrave;me complet de soutien par logiciel &agrave; menu d&eacute;roulant assure une configuration personnalis&eacute;e du circuit.<\/h1>\n<p>Simple mais riche en caract&eacute;ristiques, ce circuit se connecte &agrave; une grande vari&eacute;t&eacute; de capteurs de temp&eacute;rature, incluant les thermocouples B, E, J, K, N, S, R, T, les RTD 2, 3 ou 4 fils, les thermistances de 2,25 &agrave; 30 kOhms et les diodes de mesure de temp&eacute;rature. Il fonctionne avec des capteurs r&eacute;f&eacute;renc&eacute;s &agrave; la masse sans le besoin d&rsquo;amplificateurs, d&rsquo;alimentations &agrave; tension n&eacute;gative, ni de circuits de d&eacute;calage de niveau. Les signaux sont num&eacute;ris&eacute;s simultan&eacute;ment via trois CAN Delta-Sigma de 24 bits avec une r&eacute;f&eacute;rence interne &agrave; 10 ppm\/&deg;C. Une compensation automatique de la soudure froide du thermocouple peut &ecirc;tre r&eacute;alis&eacute;e en utilisant tout type de capteur externe. Les algorithmes de conversion analogique sont compris dans la puce pour tous les types de capteurs courants. Les capteurs personnalis&eacute;s peuvent assurer une conversion analogique avec des coefficients personnels programm&eacute;s dans la puce.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Deux sources de courant d&rsquo;excitation programmables poss&egrave;dent la caract&eacute;ristique d&rsquo;acceptation de courant inverse et une gamme d&rsquo;intensit&eacute;s pour am&eacute;liorer et r&eacute;duire le niveau de bruit. Pour assurer des mesures r&eacute;sistives pr&eacute;cises, le courant inverse permet d&rsquo;&eacute;liminer les effets du thermocouple dans le capteur r&eacute;sistif.
