Cette conception absorbe efficacement les contraintes m&eacute;caniques induites par la dilatation diff&eacute;rentielle ou par les chocs et vibrations. Deux &eacute;paisseurs diff&eacute;rentes, soit 0.254 mm, soit 0.305 mm, offrent aux concepteurs le choix de la meilleure formule pour coller de mani&egrave;re structurelle des semi-conducteurs de type discrets ou des composants de puissance ou encore des circuits imprim&eacute;s &agrave; un dissipateur type radiateur.<br \/>\nPlusieurs techniques d&rsquo;assemblage sont utilisables qui permettent d&rsquo;obtenir une conductivit&eacute; thermique &eacute;lev&eacute;e apr&egrave;s la mise en place &agrave; une pression de 75 psi ou en utilisant une pression initiale seulement (IPO). Un assemblage test avec un bo&icirc;tier de puissance TO-220 a montr&eacute; une imp&eacute;dance thermique de 2.3 &deg;C\/W apr&egrave;s IPO. Ainsi, cet adh&eacute;sif garantit une r&eacute;sistance thermique d&rsquo;interface tr&egrave;s faible qui favorise le transfert thermique.<br \/>\nPratique et efficace, cette solution de gestion thermique pr&eacute;sente aussi une constante di&eacute;lectrique tr&egrave;s &eacute;lev&eacute;e, se traduisant par d&rsquo;excellentes propri&eacute;t&eacute;s d&rsquo;isolement &eacute;lectrique et par une tension de claquage pouvant atteindre 5000 V. Le mat&eacute;riau est pr&eacute;vu pour une utilisation permanente sur toute la plage de temp&eacute;ratures allant de -60 &deg;C &agrave; +180 &deg;C et peut &ecirc;tre conserv&eacute; jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; cinq mois s&rsquo;il est stock&eacute; entre +5 &deg;C et +25 &deg;C.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"www.bergquistcompany.com\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bergquistcompany.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"
