Il int&egrave;gre notamment la carte m&egrave;re, le logiciel de conception Smart Analog (SA) Designer pour PC, l&rsquo;outil d&rsquo;&eacute;valuation SA Easy Starter pour microcontr&ocirc;leur SA MCU, un firmware de d&eacute;monstration, une carte fille pour l&rsquo;IO-Link v.1.1 et un d&eacute;bogueur E1.<br \/>\nSmart Analog est un concept unique propri&eacute;taire d&eacute;di&eacute; &agrave; la conception de modules d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e analogiques extr&ecirc;mement souples. Ce produit garantit une int&eacute;gration optimale pour des solutions demandant un faible encombrement sur les cartes. Il r&eacute;duit de fa&ccedil;on significative les efforts de conception, ainsi que les co&ucirc;ts requis pour r&eacute;aliser les interfaces analogiques des capteurs. Ainsi, les d&eacute;veloppeurs n&rsquo;ont plus besoin de se pr&eacute;occuper de r&eacute;seaux de r&eacute;sistances ou autres composants discrets pour d&eacute;finir leur chemin de traitement du signal depuis le transducteur vers le microcontr&ocirc;leur.<br \/>\nCe concept fournit des blocs enti&egrave;rement configurables de fonctions analogiques comme des convertisseurs AN\/NA, des amplificateurs op&eacute;rationnels modulables sous diverses topologies, soit en mode simple canal, soit dans une configuration &agrave; plusieurs &eacute;tages comme dans le cas d&rsquo;un amplificateur d&rsquo;instrumentation. Avec l&rsquo;outil intuitif Smart Analog Designer, ou via des registres contr&ocirc;l&eacute;s par interfaces SPI, les utilisateurs ont toute latitude pour mettre ON\/OFF, ajuster et interconnecter chaque bloc fonctionnel afin de personnaliser les interfaces d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e analogiques de leurs applications cibles.<br \/>\nLa carte m&egrave;re int&egrave;gre le composant analogique SAIC101, con&ccedil;u pour connecter des capteurs de sortie, et le bloc SA MCU RL78\/G1E.<br \/>\nLe SAIC r&eacute;unit un ensemble exhaustif de fonctions analogiques dans un boitier compact FBGA 36 broches de 4 x 4 mm. Il int&egrave;gre notamment un convertisseur A\/N Delta-sigma 16 bits avec un s&eacute;quenceur AUTOSCAN et un filtre num&eacute;rique SINC3, ainsi qu&rsquo;un amplificateur d&rsquo;instrumentation &agrave; gain programmable. Sont &eacute;galement inclus, un capteur de temp&eacute;rature, une alimentation pour un capteur externe et un g&eacute;n&eacute;rateur de tension de r&eacute;f&eacute;rence interne.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>De plus, une interface utilisateur est s&eacute;lectionnable en communication SPI ou UART pour la configuration du syst&egrave;me, le contr&ocirc;le de chaque bloc de fonctions &agrave; partir d&rsquo;un microcontr&ocirc;leur externe et la transmission des donn&eacute;es de mesures vers celui-ci. Ce circuit incorpore &eacute;galement une m&eacute;moire flash pour stocker les configurations du syst&egrave;me pour chaque bloc de fonctions ainsi que sa propre horloge syst&egrave;me interne.<br \/>\nLe bloc MCU est un composant MCP qui int&egrave;gre dans un unique bo&icirc;tier un bloc analogique et un bloc microcontr&ocirc;leur 16 bits &agrave; consommation ultra faible. Le premier comprend un ensemble de circuits analogiques frontaux destin&eacute;s au traitement des petits signaux issus des capteurs tels des amplificateurs op&eacute;rationnels configurable, un amplificateur &agrave; gain ajustable, des filtres passe-haut\/passe-bas, des convertisseurs N\/A 8 bits et un capteur de temp&eacute;rature. Il peut &ecirc;tre tr&egrave;s pr&eacute;cis&eacute;ment ajust&eacute; &agrave; la vol&eacute;e en utilisant le port USB sur la carte m&egrave;re et l&rsquo;outil Easy Starter. Bas&eacute; sur le RL78\/G1A, le microcontr&ocirc;leur b&eacute;n&eacute;ficie d&rsquo;une large quantit&eacute; de Ko de m&eacute;moire flash pour les donn&eacute;es et de convertisseurs A\/N 12 bits de haute pr&eacute;cision.<br \/>\nD&eacute;velopp&eacute;e en collaboration avec TMG, carte fille IO-Link simplifie l&rsquo;int&eacute;gration de la plate-forme de capteurs intelligents dans les r&eacute;seaux Fieldbus industriels. Cette pile IO-Link de haute qualit&eacute; est en totale conformit&eacute; avec la plus r&eacute;cente sp&eacute;cification IO-Link 1.1.<br \/>\nEnfin, le kit est &eacute;quip&eacute; d&rsquo;une interface LCD multi-usages et de plusieurs connecteurs et points de tests.
