Cette approche r&eacute;duit les d&eacute;lais de conception et d&rsquo;optimisation du syst&egrave;me tout en facilitant la r&eacute;utilisation de la conception du circuit dans un grand nombre de capteurs, produits et plateformes.<br \/>\nGr&acirc;ce &agrave; son fonctionnement en modes rail &agrave; rail et basse consommation, de seulement 390 &micro;A sous 3,3 V &agrave; la fr&eacute;quence d&rsquo;horloge de 500 kHz, ce d&eacute;modulateur convient particuli&egrave;rement aux syst&egrave;mes avanc&eacute;s aliment&eacute;s par batterie et basse tension destin&eacute;s aux march&eacute;s de l&rsquo;industrie, du m&eacute;dical et des t&eacute;l&eacute;communications. Il peut &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute; dans un large &eacute;ventail d&rsquo;applications de mesure de l&rsquo;imp&eacute;dance, d&eacute;tection de gaz, analyse de l&rsquo;air ou de fluides, jauges de contrainte et mesure de proximit&eacute;.<br \/>\nEncapsul&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier compact TSSOP 16 contacts, ce composant int&egrave;gre une cha&icirc;ne de signal analogique &agrave; haut niveau d&rsquo;int&eacute;gration compos&eacute;e d&rsquo;un filtre &agrave; r&eacute;ponse impulsionnelle infinie (IIR) configurable, d&rsquo;un filtre passe-bas de d&eacute;cimation 1\/8x &agrave; r&eacute;ponse impulsionnelle finie (FIR), d&rsquo;un m&eacute;langeur avec s&eacute;lection de phase 0&deg;\/90&deg;, d&rsquo;une horloge de r&eacute;f&eacute;rence et d&rsquo;une sortie pour circuit d&rsquo;attaque de convertisseur analogique\/num&eacute;rique. Optimis&eacute; pour des fr&eacute;quences d&rsquo;&eacute;chantillonnage en entr&eacute;e pouvant atteindre 1 MHz, il permet de d&eacute;moduler des signaux d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e dans une bande passante de 30 kHz et d&rsquo;atteindre une sensibilit&eacute; en d&eacute;tection de phase de 0,009 degr&eacute; dans la plage de temp&eacute;rature comprise entre -40 &deg;C et +85 &deg;C.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>La technologie SAT utilise le partage des charges entre condensateurs pour effectuer des calculs &quot;num&eacute;riques&quot; dans le domaine analogique. En traitant int&eacute;gralement le signal dans le domaine analogique, ce circuit &agrave; entr&eacute;e analogique classique et &agrave; sortie analogique &eacute;chantillonn&eacute;e abaisse les fr&eacute;quences d&rsquo;&eacute;chantillonnage du convertisseur analogique\/num&eacute;rique, r&eacute;duisant ainsi la consommation d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie du convertisseur A\/N jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 87 % et soulage le processeur num&eacute;rique ou le microcontr&ocirc;leur des t&acirc;ches de calcul les plus lourdes. Ainsi, les concepteurs peuvent simplifier l&rsquo;architecture de leur syst&egrave;me, r&eacute;duire les d&eacute;lais de d&eacute;veloppement et minimiser les dimensions du syst&egrave;me et sa
