Dans le cadre de la phase de faisabilit&eacute;, des contrats portant sur la sp&eacute;cification et la d&eacute;finition de la suite de capteurs multifonction dont sera dot&eacute; le syst&egrave;me FCAS, ainsi que des sous-syst&egrave;mes de communication, ont &eacute;t&eacute; attribu&eacute;s &agrave; Thales et Finmeccanica&ndash;Selex ES.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de cette p&eacute;riode contractuelle de deux ans, les deux leaders europ&eacute;ens collaboreront &agrave; parts &eacute;gales. Outre la sp&eacute;cification des capteurs et des syst&egrave;mes de communication du futur drone, ils &eacute;tabliront les feuilles de route relatives &agrave; ces syst&egrave;mes, et identifieront les co&ucirc;ts associ&eacute;s &agrave; la production d&rsquo;un FCAS op&eacute;rationnel. Cette coop&eacute;ration inclut &eacute;galement des activit&eacute;s conjointes de maturation technologique qui soutiendront les activit&eacute;s de conception. Les deux entreprises pourront faire appel &agrave; d&rsquo;autres secteurs industriels fran&ccedil;ais et britanniques, selon les n&eacute;cessit&eacute;s.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le domaine des capteurs embarqu&eacute;s, Thales et Finmeccanica-Selex ES sont des partenaires de choix pour les minist&egrave;res de la D&eacute;fense britannique et fran&ccedil;ais, ainsi que pour BAE Systems et Dassault Aviation. Cet accord cr&eacute;e donc une force europ&eacute;enne sans &eacute;quivalent dans l&rsquo;&eacute;lectronique de d&eacute;fense, qui permettra &agrave; la France et &agrave; la Grande-Bretagne d&rsquo;utiliser des drones de combat \n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>dans des environnements &agrave; haut risque. En fournissant des solutions innovantes en mati&egrave;re de capteurs, les deux partenaires soutiennent et d&eacute;veloppent des technologies souveraines et une base de comp&eacute;tences strat&eacute;giques dans les deux pays, qui b&eacute;n&eacute;ficieront aux plateformes de combat avec ou sans pilotes.<\/p>\n<p>Pierre Eric Pommellet, Directeur G&eacute;n&eacute;ral adjoint, Syst&egrave;mes de Mission de D&eacute;fense de Thales, explique : &quot; Le soutien de la France et de la Grande-Bretagne est essentiel pour l&rsquo;avenir des drones et des avions de combat en Europe.
