Quand elle est associ&eacute;e aux mesures de tensions de sortie POL, d&rsquo;intensit&eacute;s et de puissances, la donn&eacute;e d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e assure une gestion &agrave; long terme du rendement de conversion du syst&egrave;me d&rsquo;alimentation. Ce composant apporte une gestion &agrave; base de logiciel et un contr&ocirc;le complets au syst&egrave;me d&rsquo;alimentation des circuits FPGA, ASIC et DSP, ce qui acc&eacute;l&egrave;re la mise sur le march&eacute;, am&eacute;liore la fiabilit&eacute; du syst&egrave;me et optimise la consommation d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie.<br \/>\nUn convertisseur analogique-num&eacute;rique (CAN) 16 bits &eacute;volu&eacute; ajuste les marges de tension et g&egrave;re les sorties d&rsquo;alimentation avec une erreur totale non corrig&eacute;e de &plusmn;0,25%, &eacute;levant les rendements du circuit et la fiabilit&eacute; &agrave; long terme. Les s&eacute;quences de l&rsquo;alimentation, la supervision et l&rsquo;erreur d&rsquo;enregistrement dans l&rsquo;EEPROM sont int&eacute;gr&eacute;es. Les erreurs d&eacute;clenchent l&rsquo;enregistrement d&rsquo;une bo&icirc;te noire dans l&rsquo;EEPROM, ce qui simplifie l&rsquo;analyse des d&eacute;faillances tout en produisant un aper&ccedil;u des raisons pour de futures am&eacute;liorations du syst&egrave;me.<br \/>\nPlusieurs dispositifs peuvent &ecirc;tre mis en cascade pour g&eacute;rer les s&eacute;quences et les erreurs de plus de quatre lignes de tension. De nombreuses commandes compatibles PMBus sont pr&eacute;sentes pour une programmation facile et une relecture des donn&eacute;es du syst&egrave;me d&rsquo;alimentation. La configuration du registre est r&eacute;alis&eacute;e gr&acirc;ce &agrave; l&rsquo;environnement de d&eacute;veloppement LTpowerPlay qui est compatible avec tous les composants de gestion d&rsquo;un syst&egrave;me d&rsquo;alimentation num&eacute;rique propri&eacute;taire. Une fois programm&eacute;, aucun codage du logiciel n&rsquo;est n&eacute;cessaire pour son fonctionnement autonome.<br \/>\nSp&eacute;cifi&eacute; sur les gammes de temp&eacute;ratures commerciales, de 0 &deg;C &agrave; 70 &deg;C, et industrielles, de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +105 &deg;C, ce circuit de gestion est encapsul&eacute; dans un bo&icirc;tier QFN &agrave; 64 broches, de 9 x 9mm.
