Les commutateurs internes 5 A peuvent fournir un courant continu de sortie jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 3,5 A pour des tensions aussi basses que 0,80 V.<br \/>\nLe fonctionnement en Burst Mode autorise un tr&egrave;s faible courant de repos ce qui convient aux applications comme les syst&egrave;mes &quot;toujours en fonctionnement&quot; de l&rsquo;automobile n&eacute;cessitant une dur&eacute;e d&rsquo;activit&eacute; importante sur la batterie.<br \/>\nLa conception particuli&egrave;re du r&eacute;gulateur maintient une tension de d&eacute;chet minimum de seulement 200 mV &agrave; 1 A dans toutes les conditions de fonctionnement, lui permettant de r&eacute;pondre &agrave; tous les sc&eacute;narios tel le d&eacute;marrage &agrave; froid des v&eacute;hicules. De plus, sa faible dur&eacute;e de conduction minimale de seulement 30 ns autorise une fr&eacute;quence de commutation fixe de 2 MHz, de 16 V en entr&eacute;e &agrave; 1,0 V en sortie, ce qui optimise le rendement tout en &eacute;vitant les bandes de fr&eacute;quences critiques sensibles au bruit. Le bo&icirc;tier MSOP de 16 broches &agrave; performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es et la fr&eacute;quence de commutation &eacute;lev&eacute;e du composant, autorisant l&rsquo;emploi de condensateurs et d&rsquo;inductances externes de petite taille, conduisent &agrave; une empreinte compacte de bon rendement thermique.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Ce convertisseur int&egrave;gre sur une seule puce les commutateurs de puissance internes, haut et bas, au rendement &eacute;lev&eacute;, la diode &eacute;l&eacute;vatrice, l&rsquo;oscillateur, les circuits de contr&ocirc;le et de logique n&eacute;cessaires. Le fonctionnement en Burst Mode, &agrave; faible ondulation, maintient un rendement &eacute;lev&eacute; pour de faibles intensit&eacute;s de sortie, tout en gardant l&rsquo;ondulation en dessous de 10 mV cr&ecirc;te&#8209;&agrave;&#8209;cr&ecirc;te.
