Son commutateur interne 600 mA peut g&eacute;n&eacute;rer un courant jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 400 mA qui est distribu&eacute; aux charges combin&eacute;es de la sortie principale et de celles des deux r&eacute;gulateurs LDO &agrave; faible tension de d&eacute;chet et &agrave; suivi de tension. Le canal du commutateur principal peut g&eacute;n&eacute;rer des tensions de sortie aussi basses que 1,2 V et chaque r&eacute;gulateur LDO des tensions de sortie aussi basses que 1,1 V. Ce circuit requiert un courant de repos de seulement 50 &micro;A lorsque les trois canaux sont en mode r&eacute;gulation, ce qui le rend appropri&eacute; pour les applications toujours sous tension de l&rsquo;automobile.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;utilisateur peut programmer la fr&eacute;quence de commutation de 250 kHz &agrave; 2,2 MHz pour optimiser le rendement tout en &eacute;vitant les bandes de fr&eacute;quences critiques sensibles au bruit. Chacun des r&eacute;gulateurs LDO a une limite pr&eacute;cise de courant programmable jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 200 mA, assurant un niveau compl&eacute;mentaire de fiabilit&eacute;. Cette grande pr&eacute;cision du suivi de tension des r&eacute;gulateurs LDO les rend appropri&eacute;s &agrave; l&rsquo;alimentation de CAN et de capteurs. Bien qu&rsquo;ils puissent &ecirc;tre aliment&eacute;s par des entr&eacute;es ind&eacute;pendantes, le faire &agrave; partir de la sortie du commutateur principal assure &agrave; la fois un haut rendement et un faible niveau de bruit. La combinaison du bo&icirc;tier MSOP-16E thermiquement renforc&eacute; et de la fr&eacute;quence de commutation &eacute;lev&eacute;e autorisant l&#8217;emploi de petits condensateurs et inductance externes, conduit &agrave; une empreinte tr&egrave;s compacte et de bon rendement thermique.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Ce composant int&egrave;gre dans une seule puce, le commutateur principal 600 mA de rendement &eacute;lev&eacute;, l&rsquo;oscillateur, les circuits logiques et de contr&ocirc;le, et les deux r&eacute;gulateurs LDO. Des techniques de conception sp&eacute;ciales permettent un rendement &eacute;lev&eacute; sur une large gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e, et son architecture &agrave; mode courant assure une r&eacute;ponse rapide aux transitoires et une stabilit&eacute; de boucle excellente.
