L&rsquo;AUIRFN8459 pr&eacute;sente une Rds(on) extr&ecirc;mement faible de 5,9 mOhms par canal, tout en supportant des courants &eacute;lev&eacute;s jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 50 A. De son c&ocirc;t&eacute;, l&rsquo;AUIRFN8458 se caract&eacute;rise par une Rds(on) 10 mOhm par canal pour 43 A. <br \/>\n&quot;Les composants double COOLiRFET 40 V en PQFN 5 x 6 mm AUIRFN8459 et AUIRFN8458 pr&eacute;sentent un encombrement r&eacute;duit de plus de 50 % par rapport aux bo&icirc;tiers DPAK (TO-252) traditionnels ; combin&eacute; &agrave; une r&eacute;sistance et une inductance de bo&icirc;tier et une Rds(on) tr&egrave;s faibles, cela les positionne tr&egrave;s favorablement pour les applications automobiles 12 V conventionnelles comme le contr&ocirc;le moteur qui requi&egrave;rent un rendement et une densit&eacute; de puissance sup&eacute;rieurs dans un espace r&eacute;duit,&quot; estime Jifeng Qin, responsable produits pour les MOSFET automobiles au sein de la division Composants Automobiles d&rsquo;IR.<br \/>\nCes circuits en bo&icirc;tier PQFN pr&eacute;sentent &eacute;galement une faible empreinte thermique vers le circuit imprim&eacute; et de meilleures performances thermiques qu&rsquo;un bo&icirc;tier SO-8. Ils d&eacute;livrent ainsi davantage de rendement et de densit&eacute; de puissance pour un co&ucirc;t global du syst&egrave;me inf&eacute;rieur.<br \/>\nComme tous les MOSFET automobiles de la gamme, ces deux composants sont soumis &agrave; des tests statiques et dynamiques combin&eacute;s &agrave; une inspection visuelle des Wafer enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;e dans le cadre de l&rsquo;initiative qualit&eacute; automobile de l&rsquo;entreprise visant le z&eacute;ro d&eacute;faut. Les standards AEC-Q101 exigent que la variation de Rds(on) reste inf&eacute;rieure &agrave; 20 % apr&egrave;s un millier de cycles de test en temp&eacute;rature.
