Son gain est &eacute;galement garanti avec un minimum de 19,6 dB et un maximum de 22,1 dB. Une version de classe B pr&eacute;sente un OIP3 typique de +46,3 dBm &agrave; la m&ecirc;me fr&eacute;quence.<br \/>\nCe circuit est appropri&eacute; &agrave; l&rsquo;amplification des signaux FI et RF dans les &eacute;metteurs-r&eacute;cepteurs &agrave; large gamme dynamique et faible distorsion, ou les r&eacute;cepteurs &agrave; des fr&eacute;quences jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 1,5 GHz. Des fr&eacute;quences plus &eacute;lev&eacute;es peuvent &ecirc;tre atteintes avec une adaptation d&rsquo;imp&eacute;dance appropri&eacute;e. Ses caract&eacute;ristiques de lin&eacute;arit&eacute; sont particuli&egrave;rement remarquables quand le composant est utilis&eacute; en amplificateur FI sur les entr&eacute;es diff&eacute;rentielles de convertisseurs A\/N rapides, dans les r&eacute;cepteurs principaux ou les r&eacute;cepteurs &agrave; pr&eacute;-distorsion num&eacute;rique dont les performances d&eacute;pendent d&rsquo;un faible niveau de distorsion et d&rsquo;une gamme dynamique &eacute;tendue. De plus, ce circuit convient particuli&egrave;rement en tant qu&rsquo;amplificateur &agrave; faible niveau de bruit pour une gamme de radios &agrave; large bande et &agrave; bande &eacute;troite qui fonctionnent dans les bandes VHF\/UHF comme pour les radiodiffusions, les r&eacute;seaux c&acirc;bl&eacute;s, les services de donn&eacute;es dans les bandes libres et les stations de base sans fil &agrave; bande &eacute;troite et &agrave; LTE\/LTE avanc&eacute;e (r&eacute;seaux mobiles).<br \/>\nLes entr&eacute;es et sorties sont adapt&eacute;es en interne &agrave; 100 ohms en mode diff&eacute;rentiel, de 20 MHz &agrave; 1,2 GHz, avec un gain en puissance de 20,5 dB et une variation inf&eacute;rieure &agrave; 0,5 dB sur la gamme de fr&eacute;quences. Cette adaptation &agrave; 100 ohms simplifie la conception et facilite la mise en cascade pour des gains sup&eacute;rieurs en utilisant un minimum de composants externes. De plus, le mode diff&eacute;rentiel procure une distorsion harmonique du second ordre exceptionnellement basse. Par exemple, &agrave; 380 MHz, l&rsquo;harmonique parasite du 2eme ordre est &agrave; -70 dBc de la fr&eacute;quence fondamentale.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Fabriqu&eacute; &agrave; partir d&rsquo;un processus de pointe en SiGe et BiCMOS, cet amplificateur pr&eacute;sente un fonctionnement d&rsquo;une stabilit&eacute; inh&eacute;rente, tout en tol&eacute;rant des variations de la tension d&rsquo;alimentation et de la temp&eacute;rature.
