Ce produit &eacute;limine tous les interstices, sans engendrer la moindre contrainte m&eacute;canique au niveau du circuit imprim&eacute; ou des E\/S des composants. Le Gap Pad HC 3.0 peut aussi &ecirc;tre ins&eacute;r&eacute; entre un module et son dissipateur thermique, pour optimiser la dissipation. Ce mat&eacute;riau est disponible en feuilles ou en pansements pr&eacute;d&eacute;coup&eacute;s, de 0.508 &agrave;&nbsp; 3.175&nbsp;mm d&rsquo;&eacute;paisseur.<br \/>\nLe Gap Pad HC 3.0 pr&eacute;sente une tr&egrave;s faible imp&eacute;dance thermique aux basses pressions, gr&acirc;ce &agrave;&nbsp; l&rsquo;association d&rsquo;un filler unique 3.0&nbsp;W\/m-K, et d&rsquo;une r&eacute;sine &agrave;&nbsp; tr&egrave;s faible &eacute;lasticit&eacute;. La duret&eacute; shore du mat&eacute;riau est de 15, et son imp&eacute;dance thermique descend jusqu&rsquo;&agrave;&nbsp; 0.57 &Acirc;&deg;C-in2\/W pour une d&eacute;flexion de 10% (&eacute;chantillon de 1&nbsp;mm d&rsquo;&eacute;paisseur, mont&eacute; dans un support de test standard). Tout en r&eacute;duisant au minimum les contraintes d&rsquo;assemblage, la conformabilit&eacute; &eacute;lev&eacute;e assure &eacute;galement un excellent interfa&ccedil;age et un excellent mouillage, m&ecirc;me contre des surfaces tr&egrave;s rugueuses ou irr&eacute;guli&egrave;res.<br \/>\nEn outre, l&rsquo;adh&eacute;rence naturelle de l&rsquo;une des faces du Gap Pad HC 3.0 am&eacute;liore encore l&rsquo;efficacit&eacute; thermique en permettant de se passer de couche adh&eacute;sive. La face sup&eacute;rieure offre tr&egrave;s peu d&rsquo;adh&eacute;rence, pour faciliter la manipulation.
