De plus, gr&acirc;ce &agrave; son architecture num&eacute;rique, il incorpore &eacute;galement une fonction One Touch Zero qui acc&eacute;l&egrave;re significativement le processus d&rsquo;installation du moteur.<br \/>\nEn effet, avec un codeur de commutation optique, l&rsquo;installation sur un moteur BLDC peut demander de nombreuses et longues it&eacute;rations, car le disque optique doit &ecirc;tre manipul&eacute; et tourn&eacute; avec pr&eacute;cision pour s&rsquo;aligner sur la bobine ad&eacute;quate. Une fois align&eacute;, l&rsquo;assemblage doit &ecirc;tre v&eacute;rifi&eacute; par force contre-&eacute;lectromotrice pour assurer la pr&eacute;cision du montage, un processus qui peut demander plus de 15 minutes par moteur. Dot&eacute; d&rsquo;un ASIC et d&rsquo;un MCU, ce codeur ram&egrave;ne la dur&eacute;e de ce processus &agrave; quelques secondes via sa fonction One Touch Zero, &eacute;conomisant du temps et de l&rsquo;argent au niveau de la fabrication.<br \/>\nLes sorties de commutation fonctionnent avec des moteurs sans balais dot&eacute;s de 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 ou 20 paires de p&ocirc;les. Elles se r&egrave;glent en usine ou via l&rsquo;interface utilisateur graphique propri&eacute;taire AMT Viewpoint. Des canaux incr&eacute;mentaux ABZ suppl&eacute;mentaires peuvent g&eacute;rer diff&eacute;rents positionnements servo et s&eacute;quences de d&eacute;marrage. Vingt r&eacute;solutions programmables sont propos&eacute;es de 48 &agrave; 4096 PPR, ajustables &eacute;galement en usine ou via l&rsquo;interface graphique.
