Tout ceci est obtenu avec les m&ecirc;mes performances et les m&ecirc;mes fonctionnalit&eacute;s que la version originale, tout en conservant le m&ecirc;me format de bo&icirc;tier standard TO-92\/UA, ce qui assure un remplacement facile au sein de conceptions existantes.<br \/>\nCe bo&icirc;tier int&egrave;gre un composant de d&eacute;tection Hall, un r&eacute;gulateur de tension allant de 2.7 V &agrave; 24 V, un driver de sortie configur&eacute; en puits de courant et plusieurs circuits de protection sophistiqu&eacute;s contre surtension, tension inverse, coupure thermique, etc. Il inclut &eacute;galement une m&eacute;moire EEPROM assurant la programmation EOL. Celle-ci permet de param&eacute;trer les seuils magn&eacute;tiques adapt&eacute;s &agrave; l&rsquo;application particuli&egrave;re et de les verrouiller contre toute alt&eacute;ration ult&eacute;rieure. Alternativement, la programmation peut aussi &ecirc;tre effectu&eacute;e en usine selon les sp&eacute;cifications de l&rsquo;utilisateur.<br \/>\nLa plage de commutation magn&eacute;tique s&rsquo;&eacute;tend de 1 mT &agrave; 64 mT, et la plage de verrouillage magn&eacute;tique de -64 mT &agrave; +64 mT. On peut aussi noter la pr&eacute;sence d&rsquo;une fonction de compensation de temp&eacute;rature afin de contrer les effets de la d&eacute;rive magn&eacute;tique.<br \/>\nBien que toujours conditionn&eacute;e en bo&icirc;tier compact plat TO-92 &agrave; 3 broches, cette derni&egrave;re version voit l&rsquo;ordre de ses broches modifi&eacute; pour faciliter la connexion. Les broches VDD et GND (masse) sont espac&eacute;es de 2.54 mm de mani&egrave;re &agrave; correspondre aux anciennes implantations, tout en simplifiant aussi l&rsquo;assemblage sur leadframe ou sur connecteur moul&eacute; &agrave; insertion. Ainsi le pr&eacute;formage des pattes, susceptible de compromettre le fonctionnement du dispositif, n&rsquo;est plus n&eacute;cessaire.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Dans la mesure o&ugrave; ces capteurs autorisent le fonctionnement 2 fils, par opposition au 3 fils conventionnel, tout en continuant d&rsquo;offrir des fonctions de diagnostic compl&egrave;tes, le c&acirc;blage n&eacute;cessaire &agrave; leur implantation s&rsquo;en trouve simplifi&eacute;.<br \/>\nExtr&ecirc;mement robustes, ces dispositifs fonctionnent sur toute la plage de temp&eacute;ratures allant de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +150 &deg;C et pr&eacute;sentent une forte r&eacute;silience aux ESD, avec une conformit&eacute; aux d&eacute;charges &eacute;lectrostatiques d&rsquo;un corps humain de plus de 8 kV. Leurs principales applications sont les syst&egrave;mes de d&eacute;tection int&eacute;gr&eacute;s aux si&egrave;ges ou aux verrouillages des ceintures de s&eacute;curit&eacute; automobiles utilis&eacute;s pour conna&icirc;tre l&rsquo;occupation du v&eacute;hicule et optimiser l&rsquo;efficacit&eacute; de d&eacute;ploiement des airbags, ou encore, les commandes &eacute;lectriques de direction, les verrouillages de porti&egrave;res, ou les l&egrave;ve-vitres.
