D&eacute;livrant une puissance de sortie stable, m&ecirc;me &agrave; hautes temp&eacute;ratures, elles offre un rendement de 20 &agrave; 30 % plus &eacute;lev&eacute; que les diodes laser classiques. De plus, elles pr&eacute;sentent aussi une exactitude exceptionnelle en termes d&rsquo;espacement des faisceaux laser qui conduit &agrave; une plus grande souplesse pour l&rsquo;int&eacute;gration dans les conceptions.<br \/>\nCes dispositifs sont des circuits &agrave; double longueur d&rsquo;onde, dans les bandes 660 nm et 780 nm, fabriqu&eacute;s par d&eacute;p&ocirc;t en phase vapeur aux organo-m&eacute;talliques MOCVD.
