Elles incluent sur la puce, de puissants contr&ocirc;leurs de grille de MOSFET 1,1 ohm. Une architecture &agrave; mode courant et &agrave; fr&eacute;quence constante permet de choisir une fr&eacute;quence fixe ou synchronis&eacute;e entre 250 kHz et 750 kHz. Les pertes de puissance et le bruit d&rsquo;alimentation sont r&eacute;duits en faisant fonctionner les trois &eacute;tages avec un d&eacute;calage de phase de 120&deg;.<br \/>\nLa d&eacute;tection du courant de sortie se fait en mesurant la chute de tension dans l&rsquo;inductance de sortie (DCR) ou en utilisant une r&eacute;sistance de d&eacute;tection d&rsquo;intensit&eacute; en option. Le repliement de caract&eacute;ristique d&rsquo;intensit&eacute; limite la dissipation thermique dans les MOSFET en cas de court-circuit ou de surcharge. De plus, le circuit poss&egrave;de un d&eacute;marrage progressif r&eacute;glable ou un suivi de tension. Le mode de fonctionnement Burst Mode, le mode &agrave; saut d&rsquo;impulsions ou le mode par courant continu traversant l&rsquo;inductance peuvent &ecirc;tre contr&ocirc;l&eacute;s par l&rsquo;utilisateur pour optimiser le rendement aux faibles charges.<br \/>\nCe contr&ocirc;leur poss&egrave;de une r&eacute;f&eacute;rence de tension de 0,8 V dont la pr&eacute;cision est de &plusmn;1,25% sur toute la gamme de temp&eacute;ratures de fonctionnement de -55 &deg;C &agrave; +150 &deg;C.
