La tension de d&eacute;calage de z&eacute;ro d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e est de 1,25mV max. sur la gamme de temp&eacute;ratures, et le niveau de bruit basse fr&eacute;quence (1\/f) est de 3,5&micro;Vcr&ecirc;te-&agrave;-cr&ecirc;te , de 0,1Hz &agrave; 10Hz.&nbsp; La structure CMOS en entr&eacute;e maintient l&rsquo;intensit&eacute; de polarisation d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e &agrave; 50pA max. &agrave; 85&deg;C, ce qui rend la famille LTC6090 appropri&eacute;e aux circuits &agrave; capteur et autres applications requ&eacute;rant une imp&eacute;dance d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e &eacute;lev&eacute;e.<br \/>\nLe LTC6090-5, sans compensation, pr&eacute;sente un produit gain x bande passante&nbsp;de 24MHz et une vitesse de balayage de 37V\/&micro;s, compar&eacute;s aux 12MHz et 21V\/&micro;s des LTC6090 et LTC6091 stables au gain unit&eacute;.<br \/>\nLe courant d&rsquo;alimentation est de 3,9mA max. par amplificateur. L&rsquo;intensit&eacute; du courant de court-circuit&nbsp;en sortie est de &plusmn;90mA typique. Une broche &quot;&nbsp;indicateur thermique&nbsp;&quot; (TFLAG) signale quand la temp&eacute;rature de jonction du composant d&eacute;passe 145&deg;C. Cette broche peut &ecirc;tre connect&eacute;e &agrave; une broche &quot;&nbsp;d&eacute;sactivation de la sortie &quot; pour une gestion thermique active. <\/p>\n<p>Les deux versions, en bo&icirc;tiers TSSOP-16 et SOIC-8, poss&egrave;dent&nbsp;une semelle m&eacute;tallique pour minimiser la r&eacute;sistance thermique.<\/p>\n<p>Les LTC6090 et LTC6090-1&nbsp;sont disponibles dans des bo&icirc;tiers SOIC de 8 broches et TSSOP de 16 broches. Le LTC6091 est pr&eacute;sent&eacute; en un bo&icirc;tier QFN de 16 broches, 4mm x 6mm.
