Le bo&icirc;tier PQFN pr&eacute;sente une broche &eacute;tam&eacute;e &eacute;tendue assurant une meilleure soudure et simplifiant l&rsquo;inspection de celle-ci.<br \/>\nCe transistor de puissance autorise une r&eacute;duction de l&rsquo;encombrement de plus de 50 % par rapport aux solutions conventionnelles en bo&icirc;tier DPAK (TO-252), et des performances thermiques am&eacute;lior&eacute;es de mani&egrave;re significative par rapport au bo&icirc;tier SO-8. Il constitue ainsi une solution ultra-compacte, &agrave; rendement et densit&eacute; &eacute;lev&eacute;s, pour les applications automobiles.<br \/>\nDans le cadre de l&rsquo;initiative qualit&eacute; automobile visant le z&eacute;ro d&eacute;faut, les MOSFET automobiles de ce fabricant sont tous soumis &agrave; des tests statiques et dynamiques, combin&eacute;s &agrave; 100% d&rsquo;inspection visuelle des Wafers enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;e. En outre, les standards AEC-Q101 exigent que la variation de Rds(on) reste inf&eacute;rieure &agrave; 20 % apr&egrave;s un millier de cycles de test en temp&eacute;rature.<br \/>\nAinsi, ce composant
