Le r&eacute;gulateur &agrave; d&eacute;coupage interne peut fournir un courant &agrave; la charge jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 100 mA pour la version de base, tandis que la version LT3669-2 g&eacute;n&egrave;re jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 300 mA. Les deux versions peuvent r&eacute;aliser un fort rendement pour des tensions de sortie de 0,8 V &agrave; 16 V. Aliment&eacute; &agrave; partir de la sortie du r&eacute;gulateur &agrave; d&eacute;coupage, le r&eacute;gulateur LDO int&eacute;gr&eacute; offre une sortie suppl&eacute;mentaire pour apporter plus de souplesse &agrave; la conception tout en maintenant un rendement &eacute;lev&eacute;.<br \/>\nLes deux versions fonctionnent &agrave; une fr&eacute;quence fixe ou synchronis&eacute;e programmable entre 250 kHz et 2,2 MHz. Ceci permet l&rsquo;emploi de petits composants externes qui, combin&eacute;s au bo&icirc;tier QFN-28 de 4 x 5 mm, conduisent &agrave; une empreinte de solution tr&egrave;s compacte pour les applications industrielles &agrave; capteur au standard IO-Link.<br \/>\nLe composant poss&egrave;de des drivers de lignes durcis &agrave; vitesses de balayage et limite d&rsquo;intensit&eacute; r&eacute;glables ext&eacute;rieurement pour optimiser la performance CEM. Les contr&ocirc;leurs de ligne peuvent g&eacute;n&eacute;rer ou absorber chacun un courant jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 250 mA, ou 500 mA quand ils sont connect&eacute;s ensembles, avec une tension r&eacute;siduelle minimum de moins de 2,1 V. Un m&eacute;canisme puls&eacute; adaptable de driver de ligne assure une commutation s&eacute;curis&eacute;e en cas de fortes charges. Les drivers sont facilement configurables en sym&eacute;trique (push-pull), excursion haute (pull-up) ou excursion basse (pull-down) pour optimiser la flexibilit&eacute; du syst&egrave;me.
