La d&eacute;charge rapide de la tension de sortie g&eacute;r&eacute;e par le NMOS contribue &agrave; prot&eacute;ger la charge dans les applications requ&eacute;rant un conditionnement de l&rsquo;alimentation &agrave; la fois au d&eacute;marrage et &agrave; l&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t, comme les capteurs d&rsquo;imagerie haut de gamme.<br \/>\nUn seul condensateur assure un fonctionnement programmable &agrave; faible niveau de bruit de seulement 30 &micro;Veff. sur la bande passante de 10 Hz &agrave; 100 kHz, et &eacute;galement la fonctionnalit&eacute; d&rsquo;un d&eacute;marrage progressif de la r&eacute;f&eacute;rence de tension, emp&ecirc;chant les surtensions en sortie &agrave; la mise en marche. Tr&egrave;s pr&eacute;cise, la tol&eacute;rance sur la tension de sortie est de &plusmn;2% en fonction de la ligne, la charge et la temp&eacute;rature. Avec ses larges gammes de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et de sortie, sa r&eacute;ponse rapide aux transitoires, son faible courant de repos de 45&micro;A en fonctionnement et inf&eacute;rieur &agrave; 3&micro;A &agrave; l&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t, ce LDO convient particuli&egrave;rement pour les syst&egrave;mes portables aliment&eacute;s sur batterie requ&eacute;rant une autonomie optimum, et pour les alimentations de puissance n&eacute;cessaires aux applications de l&rsquo;automobile, l&rsquo;industrie et l&rsquo;avionique.<br \/>\nCe composant fonctionne avec un petit condensateur &agrave; di&eacute;lectrique c&eacute;ramique de faible co&ucirc;t, optimisant la stabilit&eacute; et la r&eacute;ponse aux transitoires. Il est stable avec une valeur de condensateur de sortie minimum de 3,3 &micro;F.
