Elle utilise le proc&eacute;d&eacute; BiC-DMOS 0,35 &micro;m et tire profit de la technologie de conception analogique propri&eacute;taire pour atteindre une tol&eacute;rance d&rsquo;admission de 45 V ainsi qu&rsquo;une fiabilit&eacute; &eacute;lev&eacute;e afin de garantir la compatibilit&eacute; avec les applications automobiles.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;accroissement de l&rsquo;informatisation dans l&rsquo;automobile a engendr&eacute; une augmentation du nombre de microcontr&ocirc;leurs requis. Il est donc important de limiter la consommation pour chaque CI d&rsquo;alimentation afin d&rsquo;am&eacute;liorer les &eacute;conomies d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie. Ainsi, la conception de ces r&eacute;gulateurs assure un courant &agrave; vide plus de 50 % inf&eacute;rieur &agrave; celui des produits classiques ainsi qu&rsquo;un fonctionnement &agrave; faible intensit&eacute; stable en charge. En outre, cette conception optimis&eacute;e garantit une tension de sortie stable, sans fluctuation ni oscillation, avec une capacit&eacute; externe de seulement 1 &agrave; 10 &micro;F. Par cons&eacute;quent, il n&rsquo;est plus n&eacute;cessaire d&rsquo;utiliser des condensateurs &eacute;lectrolytiques externes encombrants mais des condensateurs c&eacute;ramiques de plus petite
