Ces deux circuits embarquent un oscillateur command&eacute; en tension (VCO) &agrave; bruit de phase ultra-faible, &agrave; savoir -133 dBc\/Hz pour un offset de 1 MHz &agrave; la fr&eacute;quence de 6 GHz, soit au moins 2 dB de moins que la majorit&eacute; des produits &eacute;quivalents. Par ailleurs, est &eacute;galement propos&eacute;e l&rsquo;ADF4155, une boucle PLL autonome &agrave; fraction-N &agrave; 8 GHz. <br \/>\nEnsembles, ces produits procurent aux concepteurs plusieurs options pour remplacer des boucles PLL et des oscillateurs command&eacute;s en tension (VCO) discrets qui fonctionnent en fr&eacute;quences &eacute;lev&eacute;es et sont moins &eacute;conomes en &eacute;nergie dans les applications ultra-large bande exigeantes telles que les stations de base cellulaires, les liaisons de communications point &agrave; point hyper-fr&eacute;quences, les syst&egrave;mes radar et les &eacute;quipements de test et de mesure.<br \/>\nCes PLL sont toutes prises en charge par la derni&egrave;re version 3.6 de l&rsquo;outil de conception ADIsimPLL t&eacute;l&eacute;chargeable. Cet outil aide les concepteurs de solutions PLL\/synth&eacute;tiseurs &agrave; tirer les meilleures performances de ces boucles PLL de pointe. <\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Les hautes performances des boucles ADF5355 et ADF4355-2 en termes de bruit de phase de leur VCO sont obtenues gr&acirc;ce &agrave; des topologies et des architectures VCO innovantes qui ont &eacute;t&eacute; &eacute;labor&eacute;es conjointement avec les derni&egrave;res technologies SiGe avanc&eacute;es propri&eacute;taires. Dans les applications RF ultra-large bande et de communications hyper-fr&eacute;quences, ce bruit de phase ultra-bas pr&eacute;sente l&rsquo;avantage de r&eacute;duire les taux d&rsquo;erreur dans l&rsquo;ensemble du syst&egrave;me et d&rsquo;augmenter le d&eacute;bit de transmission des donn&eacute;es pour fournir une meilleure immunit&eacute; au bruit et une plage &eacute;largie.<br \/>\nD&rsquo;un co&ucirc;t optimis&eacute;, ces PLL ultra-large bande se caract&eacute;risent &eacute;galement par un comparateur de phase dont la fr&eacute;quence peut atteindre 125 MHz et une r&eacute;solution sur 38 bits, ce qui r&eacute;duit la gigue et autorise des pas tr&egrave;s fins. En outre, l&rsquo;int&eacute;gration de la boucle PLL et de l&rsquo;oscillateur VCO en technologie BiCMOS avanc&eacute;e r&eacute;duit consid&eacute;rablement les dimensions du bo&icirc;tier et la consommation d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie par rapport aux solutions discr&egrave;tes en ars&eacute;niure de gallium (AsGa). De plus, dans la mesure o&ugrave; il est possible de configurer une seule PLL pour fonctionner entre 55 MHz et 14 GHz, les concepteurs peuvent reconfigurer leurs syst&egrave;mes plus rapidement et r&eacute;duire le stock de pi&egrave;ces tout en prenant en charge plusieurs bandes de fr&eacute;quence.<br \/>\nLes deux boucles ADF5355 et ADF 4355-2 sont encapsul&eacute;es en petits bo&icirc;tiers
