Compos&eacute; d&rsquo;un phototransistor MOSFET coupl&eacute; optiquement &agrave; une LED infrarouge, ce nouveau photo-relais qui fait appel &agrave; la toute derni&egrave;re g&eacute;n&eacute;ration de MOSFET Toshiba, autorise un courant de passage 40% plus &eacute;lev&eacute; que le produit Toshiba existant, TLP3103. Cette performance, associ&eacute;e &agrave; un courant de sortie maximum de 3.3A, permettra d&rsquo;acc&eacute;l&eacute;rer le remplacement des relais m&eacute;caniques dans les applications &agrave; forte densit&eacute;. Remplacer un bo&icirc;tier DIP supportant 3A par un bo&icirc;tier 2.54SOP6, r&eacute;duit en effet la surface occup&eacute;e de 40% et le poids de moiti&eacute;.
