L&rsquo;am&eacute;lioration de ce rapport augmente &eacute;galement l&rsquo;efficacit&eacute; du transfert d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie dans les applications utilisant un onduleur de puissance CC\/CA, telles que les commandes de moteur ou les onduleurs pour installations solaires et &eacute;oliennes.<br \/>\nCe modulateur 16 bits int&egrave;gre la technologie propri&eacute;taire d&rsquo;isolation num&eacute;rique <em>i<\/em>Coupler, cr&eacute;ant ainsi une solution mono circuit capable de mesurer la tension aux bornes d&rsquo;une r&eacute;sistance de shunt en convertissant un signal analogique en un flux de donn&eacute;es &agrave; 1 bit qui peut &ecirc;tre cadenc&eacute; de 5 MHz &agrave; 20 MHz. Il fonctionne &agrave; partir d&rsquo;une alimentation 5 VCC et accepte une plage d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e analogique bipolaire r&eacute;elle de &plusmn; 320 mV. Sa d&eacute;rive d&rsquo;offset typique est de 1,5 &micro;V\/&deg;C et son immunit&eacute; aux transitoires en mode commun d&eacute;passe 25 kV\/&micro;s.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;augmentation de la tension op&eacute;rationnelle d&rsquo;isolation &agrave; 1 250 V cr&ecirc;te donne la possibilit&eacute; aux concepteurs de remplacer les capteurs &agrave; effet Hall, moins pr&eacute;cis et plus on&eacute;reux, que l&rsquo;on trouve dans des applications de commande de moteurs et de conversion de puissance en tensions &eacute;lev&eacute;es de bus en courant continu. De plus, une r&eacute;sistance de shunt plus compacte peut &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute;e, ce qui r&eacute;duit les pertes thermiques &agrave; travers le shunt, tout en maintenant un haut niveau de pr&eacute;cision de mesure.<br \/>\nEncapsul&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier SOIC-16, ce circuit fonctionne dans la gamme de temp&eacute;rature de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +125 &deg;C.
