Ce sont par exemple, les sauvegardes de donn&eacute;es pour les disques &agrave; m&eacute;moire flash (SSD) et les modules combinant m&eacute;moires volatiles et non volatiles (NVDIMM), ou encore, les alarmes de d&eacute;faillance de l&rsquo;alimentation dans les applications m&eacute;dicales et industrielles.<br \/>\nCe circuit offre un contr&ocirc;le PowerPath complet, un chargeur et un &eacute;quilibrage de la batterie de condensateurs, ainsi que le gestionnaire de &quot;bon &eacute;tat&quot; des condensateurs pour garantir que le syst&egrave;me de sauvegarde puisse fonctionner de fa&ccedil;on fiable. Il propose une large gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e de 4,5 V &agrave; 35 V et la possibilit&eacute; d&rsquo;un courant de charge et de sauvegarde de plus de 10 A. Il procure aussi un &eacute;quilibrage et une protection contre les surtensions pour une batterie de un &agrave; quatre super-condensateurs en s&eacute;rie.<br \/>\nLe contr&ocirc;leur abaisseur synchrone int&eacute;gr&eacute; contr&ocirc;le les MOSFET canal N pour une charge &agrave; courant constant \/ tension constante de la batterie de condensateurs jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 5 V par &eacute;l&eacute;ment. En mode sauvegarde, il fonctionne en mode contr&ocirc;leur DC\/DC &eacute;l&eacute;vateur synchrone, pour fournir de l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie &agrave; partir de la batterie de super-condensateurs &agrave; l&rsquo;alimentation du syst&egrave;me &agrave; sauvegarder. Ce contr&ocirc;leur &agrave; doubles diodes id&eacute;ales utilise des MOSFET canal N pour que les pertes dans les pistes de l&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et des super-condensateurs &agrave; l&rsquo;alimentation du syst&egrave;me de sauvegarde soient faibles.<br \/>\nLe CI comprend &eacute;galement un convertisseur analogique-num&eacute;rique CAN de 14 bits qui g&egrave;re, de fa&ccedil;on continue, les tensions et intensit&eacute;s d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et de sortie. De plus, le syst&egrave;me de mesure interne supervise les param&egrave;tres associ&eacute;s aux condensateurs de sauvegarde, incluant la tension de la batterie de condensateurs, le condensateur et la r&eacute;sistance &eacute;quivalente s&eacute;rie (ESR) de la batterie pour garantir un stockage d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie ad&eacute;quat, et la production d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie pendant la sauvegarde.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>En g&eacute;rant la capacit&eacute; des super-condensateurs de sauvegarde, ce circuit prolonge la vie d&rsquo;un condensateur en permettant au syst&egrave;me de fixer sa tension &agrave; une valeur minimum tout en garantissant le maintien de l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie de sauvegarde requise. Tous les param&egrave;tres du syst&egrave;me et les &eacute;tats de dysfonctionnement peuvent &ecirc;tre g&eacute;r&eacute;s via une interface deux fils I2C, et les niveaux d&rsquo;alerte peuvent &ecirc;tre r&eacute;gl&eacute;s pour alerter le syst&egrave;me en cas de variation soudaine de n&rsquo;importe quel de ces param&egrave;tres mesur&eacute;s.<br \/>\nCe composant convient particuli&egrave;rement pour les alimentations de secours 12 V de forte intensit&eacute; et celles devant rester toujours en fonctionnement (UPS) pour les serveurs, le stockage de masse et les syst&egrave;mes de grande disponibilit&eacute;. Propos&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier QFN 38 broches, de 5 x 7 mm et faible profil de 0,75 mm, &agrave; performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es, il fonctionne sur la gamme de temp&eacute;ratures de
