Il supporte une large gamme de tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e de 4 V &agrave; 35 V et offre le choix entre les modes de fonctionnement en modulation de largeur d&rsquo;impulsion PWM ou en modulation de fr&eacute;quence d&rsquo;implution PFM.<br \/>\nEn mode PWM, le circuit utilise une r&eacute;gulation en mode courant pour fournir une compensation simple, une excellente stabilit&eacute; et un temps de r&eacute;ponse rapide aux transitoires. En mode basse consommation (mode repos \/ maintien du rail de tension &agrave; faible charge), il travaille en mode PFM pour consommer moins de 33 &micro;A sous 12 V tout en fournissant une sortie de 5.0 V \/ 40 &micro;A. Une fois d&eacute;marr&eacute;, il va pouvoir fonctionner &agrave; partir d&rsquo;une tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 3.6 V. La transition du mode PWM au mode PFM peut &ecirc;tre soit contr&ocirc;l&eacute;e par l&rsquo;utilisateur (A8585, A8585-1), soit g&eacute;r&eacute;e automatiquement (A8585-2, A8585-3). Les deux versions existent avec des tensions de sorties fixes de 3.3 V ou 5 V, pr&eacute;cises &agrave; &plusmn;1%.<br \/>\nLa fr&eacute;quence PWM est ajustable entre 300 et 550 kHz et peut &ecirc;tre synchronis&eacute;e avec une horloge externe. Le circuit de compensation est ajustable en externe ce qui permet d&rsquo;optimiser la stabilit&eacute; et le temps de r&eacute;ponse pour une large gamme de composants externes et d&rsquo;applications. De plus, ce circuit int&egrave;gre un d&eacute;marrage en Soft Start fixe de 5 ms.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>R&eacute;pondant aux exigences des applications automobiles et non automobiles, ce r&eacute;gulateur int&egrave;gre des protections &eacute;tendues comme la limitation de courant &agrave; chaque cycle PWM , la protection contre les courts-circuits avec red&eacute;marrage automatique, la protection en court-circuit et circuit ouvert de la diode de redressement et du condensateur de bootstrap. Il inclut &eacute;galement l&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t lors d&rsquo;une tension basse ainsi qu&rsquo;une protection thermique. Les &eacute;missions CEM sont att&eacute;nu&eacute;es gr&acirc;ce &agrave; une fonction jitter et un contr&ocirc;le du Slew rate.<br \/>\nCe r&eacute;gulateur vise les march&eacute;s automobiles et industriels avec des applications qui incluent les syst&egrave;mes de navigation, les tableaux de bord, les consoles centrales et les syst&egrave;mes avanc&eacute;s d&rsquo;aide &agrave; la conduite. Il est encapsul&eacute; dans un tr&egrave;s petit bo&icirc;tier SOIC 10 broches, de 4.9 &times; 6.0 mm, avec semelle de dissipation thermique. Ce bo&icirc;tier garanti est sans plomb avec un &eacute;tamage &eacute;tain mat 100%.<\/p>\n<p><a
