Elle est con&ccedil;ue pour &ecirc;tre compatible avec les modules SDRAM DDR4. Elle int&egrave;gre une fonction logicielle de protection en &eacute;criture r&eacute;versible pour chacun des quatre blocs ind&eacute;pendants de 128&nbsp;x&nbsp;8&nbsp;bits et pr&eacute;sente un nouveau d&eacute;lai d&rsquo;attente de bus compatible SMBus. Elle permet une &eacute;criture par page de 16 octets de donn&eacute;es&nbsp;maximum et accepte jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 8 composants sur le m&ecirc;me bus gr&acirc;ce &agrave; ses trois broches d&rsquo;adressage.<\/p>\n<p>La 34AA04 est r&eacute;tro-compatible avec les EEPROM SPD existantes DDR2 et DDR3. Pour garantir la r&eacute;trocompatibilit&eacute;, le r&eacute;seau de m&eacute;moire de la 34AA04 est divis&eacute; en deux blocs distincts de 256 octets chacun, afin de se superposer &agrave; l&rsquo;architecture des composants EEPROM SPD plus anciens.
