Par ailleurs, m&ecirc;me si les r&eacute;sistances de d&eacute;tection de courant sont couramment utilis&eacute;es dans les secteurs automobile et industriel, la r&eacute;cente tendance visant &agrave; mettre l&rsquo;accent sur la sophistication et l&rsquo;informatisation, a engendr&eacute; une augmentation des besoins en courant d&rsquo;o&ugrave; la n&eacute;cessit&eacute; de recourir &agrave; des composants &agrave; grande puissance. Il existe donc une demande en r&eacute;sistances haute pr&eacute;cision offrant non seulement un meilleur coefficient de temp&eacute;rature de r&eacute;sistance (CTR) pour un fonctionnement stable dans les environnements &agrave; temp&eacute;rature extr&ecirc;me, mais &eacute;galement des valeurs de r&eacute;sistance ultra-faibles afin de limiter la consommation.<br \/>\nEn r&eacute;ponse &agrave; cette demande, ROHM a eu recours &agrave; une technologie de r&eacute;sistance haute qualit&eacute;, d&eacute;velopp&eacute;e pour les applications de faible puissance, afin de mettre au point une nouvelle gamme de r&eacute;sistances shunts &agrave; faible valeur ohmique et de forte puissance nominale. Une technologie de soudage de pr&eacute;cision &agrave; haut rendement a permis de garantir une puissance nominale &eacute;lev&eacute;e dans la classe 5 W. Un alliage haute performance a, quant &agrave; lui, &eacute;t&eacute; int&eacute;gr&eacute; au m&eacute;tal r&eacute;sistif pour un meilleur CTR en pr&eacute;sence de valeurs ohmiques faibles, pouvant atteindre 0.2 mohms en classe 5 W. Une marge suffisante est ainsi garantie, m&ecirc;me pour les applications aux exigences de temp&eacute;rature strictes, telles que les syst&egrave;mes automobiles et les &eacute;quipements industriels, et la charge de calcul en est r&eacute;duite.<br \/>\nLa s&eacute;rie 4 W se d&eacute;cline en diff&eacute;rentes valeurs de 0.3 &agrave; 3 mohm en chip 3921 de 10 x 5.2 mm alors que la s&eacute;rie 5 W offre des valeurs allant de 0.2 &agrave; 2 mohms en chip 5931 de 15 x 7.75 mm.
